Exactly.  I can't even believe we're still having this conversation.  The guy got indicted for 34 felonies and his poll numbers went up.  Think about how insane that is.  I'm not sure what exactly anyone thinks will happen that will hurt him politically.

I think that you underestimate the voters.

Trump looks like a tired old fool compared to 2016. Fox is eager to move on because they know he's a drag on the party. 

I don't have any idea who the alternative would need to be, but given one I think Trump loses. Just my $.02.

We're 10 months out from the first primary.  If there was someone who had a chance to take down Trump, you'd know their name by now.

If anything, I honestly feel like I've overestimated them. With each new scandal, I keep thinking they'll wake the F up out of their trance but they just can't. As much as Biden stomped him out in '20, it was still far closer than it had any business being.

As for Fox being so eager to move on, they sure have a funny way of showing it on air.

It's so strange. When a Democrat (John Edwards) cheats on his wife, gets indicted of misusing his campaign funds, he's a pariah. We never heard from him again. When he's a Republican, he raises even more money, his poll numbers go up. Trump is even more popular in his party after he's indicted.

It's because they see it as "Democrats hate this, so I like this".  It's as simple as that.  They've removed all sense of morality and logic out of their decision making process and distilled it down to that.  In the process, they've incentivized not only immorality and criminality, but also incompetence and just generally terrible ideas.  It's a completely unsustainable position for a political party to be in.

Hes been a below average POTUS at best, and that's being generous.

Trump was an effective POTUS that drove people crazy.  But he did an effective job when youre being objective.

Please point to one single accomplishment Trump had during his one term in office. I'll wait. And please come up with something other than tax reform (where he actually raised taxes for the middle class). He literally got nothing else passed through congress in 4 years despite having a majority for half that time
