The Trump administration was too incompetent to accomplish the Ish he repeated over and over again like getting Mexico to pay for a wall and locking Hillary up. I couldn’t care less if she were indicted

Hillary didnt get indicted because, despite all of the rhetoric, Trump didn't want to cross the line that the Dems just gleefully skipped over.   He absolutely could have gotten indictments if he wanted to target her like a Democrat would.

This is the Democrat way. They used the IRS to go after conservatives too.  Theyre a party of disgusting power hungry nut jobs.

Let’s face it, Dark Brandon is just a more gangsta president than the great pumpkin. He didn’t have to hold giant rallies with chants of lock him up. Dude ran from his basement, won, and is getting trump arrested like a boss

Yeah he had the media stanning for him and telling everyone Trump would de-populate the earth via Covid.

You bought it.

Yeah its the truth, though, and you cant dispute any of it.

  I can't dispute something you made up completely out of thin air?  What the F is wrong with you, Mike?  How are you possibly this stupid/gullible?  Is it just a terrible troll job that got out of hand and now you've somehow confused owning someone with getting utterly humiliated on a daily basis?

There was an attempt to explain how theyre different.  The attempt failed basic logic, and that's where this exchange started with my response to vikas.

Maybe you should move to WV and enroll in kindergarten. It would be a massive step up in your education and ability to comprehend what youre trying to read.

My personal opinion is that Clinton should have been charged. Gross negligence is enough to bring a prosecution in my mind. But there is still a MASSIVE gap between her actions and Trump's -- namely, I am not aware of any actions by Clinton to delete emails, smash Blackberries, or bleach servers AFTER the investigation started. And according to the FBI, they didn't find any either:

I should add here that we found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them. Our assessment is that, like many e-mail users, Secretary Clinton periodically deleted e-mails or e-mails were purged from the system when devices were changed. Because she was not using a government account—or even a commercial account like Gmail—there was no archiving at all of her e-mails, so it is not surprising that we discovered e-mails that were not on Secretary Clinton’s system in 2014, when she produced the 30,000 e-mails to the State Department.

Trump actively sought to defy investigators and a subpoena, if the allegations are true.

That's the difference Mike.

This is the correct answer.

Had Trump cooperated at any point, even just with the subpoena, it would be comparable to Clinton and claims of bias would make sense if he were charged. Though I very highly doubt he would have been charged had he complied with the subpoena.

I sincerely cannot understand why he didn't cooperate. It makes zero sense. Then I remember he is stubbornly stupid and it makes sense.

Most definitely.   He made his bed with this one.

So Trump didn't have the fortitude to ensure threats to our countries security are dealt with? Why do you keep voting for such an ineffective little bish?

It makes complete sense when you remember Trump has the mental capacity and temperament of an infant. He wouldn't give them back because he's not going to listen to anyone.

EDIT: Also, he's just an imbecile. Never forget that.

So why did they use a hammer?  Is that what "many email users" do?

You can consult with Comey first if you want.

They did cooperate.  The difference is the FBI raided him and they didnt do that to Hillary.  I dont blame his legal team at all for making sure they looked at every single file before turning them over.  The Dems were just overzealous and they were going to indict regardless because this is political.

Yeah, Vikas!  Answer on your own!  Stop running all your questions by James Comey first!

Yeah he did that in real life, unlike his predecessor and successor who have is bombing and fighting all over the world again.

Maybe they read advice like this? I know many firms that destroy phones they get back from employees when they upgrade.

No, they really didn't cooperate.   Hillary sort of cooperated and played ignorant enough to create the space for Comey to give her the out.

OK, so you haven't actually read the indictment. Got it. Moving on.

He did, they just didnt want him to cooperate so they could indict.

They would have given any other former POTUS 10 years to come up with these documents and no one would have ever known about it unless there was a whistle blower.

Thats how this was done for like 50 years in the pre-TDS era
