I know many firms that destroy phones they get back from employees when they upgrade. Ok, sure, this was totally innocent, she always smashes things with a hammer and then plays dumb about it when asked. Very normal behavior.

They would have given any other former POTUS 10 years to come up with these documents and no one would have ever known about it unless there was a whistle blower. Thats how this was done for like 50 years in the pre-TDS era Seriously, where are you coming up with this nonsense?

After the existence of the server became publicly known on March 2, 2015,[43] the Select Committee on Benghazi issued a subpoena for Benghazi-related emails two days later. Mills sent an email to PRN on March 9 mentioning the committee's retention request.[100] The PRN technician then had what he described to the FBI as an "oh crap moment," realizing he had not set the personal emails to be deleted as instructed months earlier. The technician then erased the emails using a free utility, BleachBit, sometime between March 25 and 31.[101] Bloomberg News reported in September 2015 that the FBI had recovered some of the deleted emails.[102]

I advocated for her to be charged as well. The difference is that there weren't boxes of documents. Trump was dumb enough to keep hard copies.

I couldn't really give a ish, I have no plans of voting for him again. I'm just defending my point from days ago that this was very typical behavior that Trump is paying for. Doesnt make it right, understand that, but its been the standard practice and Biden himself literally just did it.

Maybe Nixon, but al least he had the sense to resign. All the fool had to do was give back the docs. HE WILLINGLY REFUSED. How is that the same thing as Biden giving back docs and HC cooperating and doing the same. You are a very conflicted young man, and I feel sorry for you.
June 13, 20232 yr Ok, here's an example for the snow flakes and whiners. A driver drives his car into a crowd of people. A driver gets into a fender bender. The car is the same. Yet the facts of the accident are completely different. That's what we have here with Trump vs. HRC, Biden, Pence, Obama, Bill Clinton. The others had documents. They gave the documents back and fully cooperated. Trump had documents. He hid them, shuffled them around, didn't give them all of the back, ignored a subpoena, lied to the FBI, and prevented them from getting all the documents forcing them to issue a search warrant which led to the discovery of more documents. The difference is intent. When you give the records back and cooperate, the DOJ doesn't seek criminal indictments because there is no intent to commit a crime. When you ignore the Archives, obstruct the FBI, and hide documents from your own lawyers, you are demonstrating your intent to obstruct and retain documents. Not to mention showing classified documents to those without security clearance. That tends to get people indicted by the DOJ. Why, because you intend to hold the docs and not give them back and prevent the government from obtaining them. There is zero bias, no matter how loud people shout it.

You are a very conflicted young man, and I feel sorry for you. You covered this, but I just want to repeat it. He COULD HAVE given the docs back and avoided all of this. And he chose not to. I think the govt could wrap its head around you bringing docs home, and forgetting. Once you choose not to return the docs, and lie about it, then you have a problem.
