The decision out of the 8th Circuit will almost certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court. We had our family Thanksgiving two weeks ago. For the holiday we went to a friends, for kosher Thanksgiving. The bird was delicious, but the lacked of mashed potatoes saddens me.
