April 2, 20241 yr He should die first, or at least retire from holding office again because of dementia, before we start naming stuff after him. It is inappropriate during a political campaign.

April 2, 20241 yr Did you know? Bill Clinton pushed legislation to rename DCA after Reagan and he got bipartisan pushback against it. Now Republicans are fawning over themselves to rename an airport after their lord king.

Sucky, expensive, uncaring towards the average person, pretend security.

If she was unemployed, she'd be a "welfare queen, stealing our tax dollars" and with employment, she was "stealing our jobs with DEI, woke hiring." Gosh. Starting to get the impression that maybe they don't want people like her to exist, period.

They've repulsed so much of sane society that they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for whatever crusty barnacles of mouth-breathing eligible voters they can add to their base. Quote The bill prohibits someone from "intentionally or knowingly” teaching someone about firearms or bombs if the training is intended to be used to commit "civil disorder.” It also prohibits gathering with others to be trained in techniques to cause civil disorder, which is defined as "any public disturbance involving an act of violence by a group … that causes an immediate danger of injury to another person or damage to the property of another person.” Several Republicans spoke against the bill Wednesday, saying they believe it runs afoul of the First and Second amendments to the Constitution. "We don’t have to like what said NSDAPs did,” said Rep. Laurel Libby (R-Auburn). "We don’t have to like what they stand for. We don’t have to agree with their positions. We don’t have to think well of them. But you know what we do have to do? We have to protect their First Amendment right to free speech and association.” In response, Rep. Sue Salisbury (D-Westbrook) said the bill does not infringe on constitutional rights. "We’re not trying to stop people from legally owning weapons or legally learning about those weapons,” she said. "Civil disorder. That’s what we’re talking about.” Rep. Tavis Hasenfus (D-Readfield) said a prosecutor would have to prove that the training is intended to lead to violence for the activity to be found illegal. "What they have to know is that the training is intended to perpetrate an act of violence,” he said. "If your intention is not to be violent then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.”

Maybe so, but Biden would be smart to go after Trump's evangelical voting block with his his Faith. Some may be leery to vote for a soon to be Convicted Felon. What are Trump's policies. Round up Hispanics, put them in internment camps and then deport them in mass, increase tariffs with China resulting in goods costing even more for American consumers, tax cuts for the rich and corporations and support for Putin and N. Korean dictators. I don't see how Evangelicals would agree with any of this. Not very Christian. Jesus wouldn't approve of calling illegal aliens vermin and sub humans.

Just seeing that small clip, it seemed to me she was referring to a group of current people, and not referring to those from the Hitler days. Still poor choice of words either way.
