If Biden told trumpbots that the sun will rise in the East tomorrow with Neil Degrasse Tyson explaining the position of the earth in relation to the sun and how the solar system works at a first grade level, trumpbots would comb the internet to find a contradictory opinion and become flat earthers within a day.

See that's the problem, everyone looking for complicated solutions to an pretty simple problem. Removing all the fish would be a logistical nightmare, and obviously we cannot take all the boats out of the ocean either as we need them for transportation, trade, etc. Thw simplist solution would be to just pump some of the water out of the ocean and put it on top of mountains, or maybe even send it to the moon. Then you can make the ocean as low as you like.
