I'm not going to defend a "child rapist," however I'm going to be skeptical of Townhall.com for obvious reasons.

I looked through the publicly available information in Fairfax's criminal and civil system for the guy and found a few vehicles related violations. No "child rape" charges. 

The only claim I could find of actual criminal proceedings is from Instagram pages claiming it was a consensual statutory rape charge for which he received a suspended sentence. 

Do any (real) lawyers have access to better information than is publicly available to corroborate? Guys name is Ander Cortez-Mendez, all proceedings appear to be in Fairfax County.

Customs is telling people to self-deport by email and social media. To whom this order is legally binding is unclear.

Trump has just turned 60 feet wide swath of federal land along the southern border into a military zone. This is a military operation subject to same secure conditions as a military base. Illegals entering the zone will be considered as trespassers subject to military security protocol. No sanctuary, loopholes or games played.
