April 11, 20251 yr I'm not going to defend a "child rapist," however I'm going to be skeptical of Townhall.com for obvious reasons. I looked through the publicly available information in Fairfax's criminal and civil system for the guy and found a few vehicles related violations. No "child rape" charges. The only claim I could find of actual criminal proceedings is from Instagram pages claiming it was a consensual statutory rape charge for which he received a suspended sentence. Do any (real) lawyers have access to better information than is publicly available to corroborate? Guys name is Ander Cortez-Mendez, all proceedings appear to be in Fairfax County.
