The only person coping here is you, clinging to made up lies and propaganda to try to justify your 180 about caring about government infringing on peopleās rights and the slippery slope this leads to.

To have the president and other top officials blatantly lie with no evidence is very scaryIt's literally a cult

The people he likes have rights and due process because the constitution says so. The people whom he doesn't like don't get constitutional rights or due process because the constitution is meaningless because it has already been violated by (dun dun dunnnnn)....the democrats. Kind of like we should just let murder be legal because OJ Simpson got away with it once. And even though the constitution says things like women have the right to vote, and you can't discriminate based on race, women and darkies bother him so we should be able to ignore those parts. However, his 2nd amendment rights are absolute and can't be encroached upon.Basically his entire ideology boils down to 2 things. Rights are for white christian men, and violence is a justifiable means to an end against those whom he doesn't particularly care for. While Procus, KZ, Zuker, and WV Mike are meatheads, the most all time, HoF idiotic arguments in CVON are almost all exclusively his. The ones where he tries to pass himself off as an intellectual are my favorites.

April 16Apr 16 TEW: We cannot let states pass red flag laws. This is an infringement on the 2nd amendment and a dangerous slippery slope that will lead to tyranny. So we allow someone who doesn't like their neighbor to call the cops and say their neighbor is a nut job and then the cops can just show up at their house and confiscate their guns while they investigate the complaint? Yeah right, over my dead body. Also TEW: If someone calls the cops and claims they know someone has ties to a gang, it's totally fine for the 5th amendment to be violated and to send this person to a prison in a foreign country, even after the government fails to substantiate the claim.

April 16Apr 16 ABC NewsJudge in Abrego Garcia case blasts DOJ's inaction, orders...The federal judge overseeing the wrongful deportation case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia said she will order expedited discovery in order to "apply the law to the facts."The federal judge overseeing the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia took Justice Department attorneys to task over their inaction Tuesday, ordering government officials to testify under oath in order to resolve Abrego Garcia's wrongful detention.Saying "The Supreme Court has spoken," U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered expedited discovery -- in which officials are put under oath -- in order to "apply the law to the facts."The judge told Justice Department lawyers that she was ordering expedited discovery "specifically to determine whether you are fighting the court order, my court orders, whether you intend to abide by the court orders.""You made your jurisdictional arguments, you made your venue arguments," Judge Xinis told the DOJ attorneys. "You made your arguments on the merits. You lost. This is now about the scope of the remedy."In her subsequent written order granting expedited discovery, Judge Xinis said the Trump administration remains obligated to "take steps available to them toward aiding, assisting, or making easier Abrego Garcia's release from custody in El Salvador.""Defendants appear to have done nothing to aid in Abrego Garcia's release from custody and return to the United States," Xinis wrote, saying that discovery is necessary in light of the Trump administration's refusal to disclose "what it can" or present justification for what they cannot disclose.Judge Xinis said Abrego Garcia is "indisputably" entitled to the due process the government has denied him and to be free from the risk "of grave injury" resulting from his detention in a notorious Salvadoran prison.
