This is just a jumble of words that mean nothing, the thing people are protesting isn't that members of MS13 are being removed, it's that ICE is quite plainly sweeping up people who are neither here illegally nor members of Salvadoran gangs and shipping them off anyway with no due process, there is a reason judicial due process exists, it's a check and balance on the government to prevent totalitarian dictatorship, this allied to the stuff around college funding and student protest is dark dark stuff, it's f'ing bleak.

I'm not that disappointed in Trump this is what he was always going to do, it's asshats like Rubio who at least notionally used to be a serious congressman, the whole point of being a democracy is that everyone is subject to the rule of law, that used to be an absolute red line for everyone, it's a damn shame to see it's become optional according to who you support.

Here is a story that the "Maryland father" had a protection order against him so Mike with the he's not MS13!! So cute!!! It's the game all women play when the facts on something are against them they play talk about something else! You were right, Mike there are a lot of women on this board. I just didn't know you were one.

But yeah he is MS13 according to a judge in his ruling. I posted the link a few days ago. He's also an apparent wife beater.

If that story is true he should have been deported then. So why was he granted a stay? it makes no sense. And again, for the 1000th time, none of us really give a rat's arse about this kid, but we do care about the absolute disregard for following the proper procedures. You know, it's called RULE OF LAW. You just don't want to see it. It's happening. He thinks he can order people to do whatever in the hell he pleases, and he cannot.

Right, Biden was following the "rule of law" when he intentionally dismantled any semblance of border security and allowed in tens of millions of illegals, offered them taxpayer funded benefits, and sometimes flew them cross country at taxpayers' expense. But Trump is violating the "rule of law" by deporting them. This is why people no longer care about the "rule of law" and laugh at the outrage libtards feel over an El Salvadorian being deported to El Salvador.

2 protective orders. This is who the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail for.

No, you just don't get it. It's the principal of the situation and they're really fighting for the constitution, which they clearly love and respect dearly.

@greenskeeper Why don't you go back to posting wieners on AmericanWx. You're a punk as a poster.

Very good Kz!!!

Well, the last hero of the left was a psychotic murderer who shot a husband and father in cold blood in the back of the head because they don’t like the company he worked for, so a multi time wife beater might be interpreted as moral growth…

None of the moderate posters in here have defended what Mangione did to Thompson. Also, none of the moderate posters have defended Garcia's character or personal morals. The entire argument with regard to Garcia is about the process.

There’s no argument about the process. He’s in El Salvador’s custody and they will not release him.

One down, about 20 million more to go.

You are free to stop discussing it if you want to but it isn't going away anytime soon AND once again, it isn't really about Garcia, he's just the vessel sad as it is to say that about him.

Ffs…..people are being critical of the government for violating due process and the slippery slope this leads to. Holy sh-t is it funny to watch all the supposed "limited government” supporters cheer on the government violating the constitution.

I think white nationalist groups like the Proud Boys are a bunch of a-holes. But if the government decided to throw them in jail and violate their right to due process, I’d sure as sh-t be very critical of the government for doing so.

Our president was found liable for sexual abuse, I guess by your logic we should send him to an el Salvadoran prison….

I agree that he’s not going anywhere anytime soon, but I’ll continue to come here and laugh at the wife beater supporters kvetching about process, thanks. 😆

You are free to display your hypocrisy and disregard for the Constitution as much as you like. At least until Trump decides otherwise.
