The judge said the only evidence offered by the govt was the Op-Ed that she co-signed. The Op-Ed was the one in the Tufts student newspaper that simply demanded the university divest from holdings in any Israel companies. The Op-Ed did not mention anything about Hamas and did not call for any action against Jewish students.
