He's incited it from the start. Creating a terror squad of masked, unidentified agents taking women, children off the streets. Now you go into tough LA communities and take breadwinning heads of households (legal or not). All of these straight up abductions with no trial or due process. So yeah these protestors might have some type of funding and organization, but they sure as hell ain't fake, they are fighting for the livelihoods.
