NEW YORK (AP) — Former President Donald Trump will have to sit for a deposition next week in a defamation lawsuit filed by a writer who says he raped her in the mid-1990s, a judge ruled Wednesday.

Looks like another one of Trump's lawyers has had to hire her own lawyer after the Mar-a-Lago mess

Trump's lawyers always seem to need a lawyer of their own.

This doesn't seem normal to me.

That's why MAGA stands for Making Attorneys Get Attorney's

Trump created a new company "“Trump Organization II LLC" days before he was sued for fraud, so he could transfer his assets into it. Because this is what you do when you are innocent.

Please be televised. 🙏

Here's a prediction when Trump's is a Defendant at his criminal trial.

Prediction: The Federal Judge will order Trump gagged for disrupting the proceedings.

Trump will interject unsolicited from the defense table, during witness testimony with...

Lies. Hoax. Which Hunt. Media Fraud. etc. etc. His attorneys won't be able to stop him.

I hope he faces a Perjury charge.

But Trump gave away his $400K/year salary.... Because he raked in millions by overcharging the Secret Service and Feds.

$1.4 million that we know about so far, and oddly, there are large gaps in the record (sound familiar?)

Quote

Maloney wrote that there were two gaps in what the Secret Service had provided the committee, however: data on what the agency paid when staying at overseas Trump Organization properties and data on four trips to Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

So even Trump knew his election lies were BS, but guys like @matchew88 and @Seventy_Yard_FG still believe them lol. Its almost like the only people more stupid than Trump himself are his voters.

There's really not enough detail in this article for me to make any conclusion, but I will tell you its not surprise to see a report like this in NBC.

First, just because a document he signed was 'inaccurate' does not take away from the possibility of fraud.  It just shows that the calculation of the number of votes might not be right, but it could be more, could be less, could only be a little bit less...

Second, the whole mail in and COVID fiasco taints the process anyway.  Changing the rules months before an election, and right in the face of a global emergency, is questionable on its face.

There's nothing here in this article
