That's more likely than a false slate being submitted and approved like you initially said, but overall is still very unlikely unless we're looking at some razor thin margins. That also doesn't help Trump win, it just draws out the process. I get what you mean in that any level of chaos is what he wants, but state level cultists can kick and scream all they want, it won't get Trump closer to the white house at the end of the day.

If they can somehow get a couple states to have no votes, that could swing it to Trump. I'm not saying they will succeed...but they will damn well try.

Article II states:

Quote

The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice.

So now we get into arguing about "the whole Number of Electors appointed." If PA casts no votes, then it seems you would only need 260 to win (majority of 519 with PA's 20 never coming in). But if they send Trump votes that are then excluded, does Biden need 260 or 270? Can be read both ways.

Like I said -- prepare for chaos.

Exactly.  I remember distinctly when Hilary refused to concede and then started pressuring Biden to not certify the election and then when all those Dems rallied outside the capital chanting "hang Biden".  It's why Dems have hated Biden ever since.

She conceded but stated the election wasn't legitimate. It was literally the question that was posed in here. Another windmill reading comprehension success.

You have to be at least 4 countries away from you to see the sun in the wintertime so I'm sure he'll be ok with that.

Oh no doubt.  When we were in Ireland in May of 2022 having the sun rise at 5 am and setting around 9:40 pm was messing with me, I couldn't imagine what those winters are like.

Oh I know they'll try, but thankfully these people are one of the most incompetent group of politicians to have ever existed, which is why I know they'll ultimately fail.

Just curious. If Trump wins the election,  will all of you accept it?

She accepted defeat, otherwise known as conceding the election, smooth brain

Looking at other swing states, AZ, and WI have Dem governors, and GA (Kemp) likely won't approve a false slate because he's not a complete moron. Looks like maybe NV would be a risk though, they've got this Joe Lombardo guy who kinda sounds like a cultist.

I remember Faith Spotted Eagle getting an electoral vote because of all the faithless electors.

Quote

One Clinton elector in Colorado attempted to vote for John Kasich.[616] The single vote was ruled invalid by Colorado state law, the elector was dismissed, and an alternative elector was sworn in who voted for Clinton.[617][614]
One Clinton elector in Minnesota voted for Bernie Sanders as president and Tulsi Gabbard as vice president; his votes were discarded and he was replaced by an alternate who voted for Clinton.[617]
One Clinton elector in Maine voted for Bernie Sanders; this vote was invalidated as "improper" and the elector subsequently voted for Clinton.[617]
Four Clinton electors in Washington did not vote for Clinton (three votes went to Colin Powell, and one to Faith Spotted Eagle).[618]
One Trump elector in Georgia resigned before the vote rather than vote for Trump and was replaced by an alternate.[619]
Two Trump electors in Texas did not vote for Trump (one vote went to John Kasich, one to Ron Paul); one elector did not vote for Pence and instead voted for Carly Fiorina for vice-president; a third resigned before the vote rather than vote for Trump and was replaced by an alternate.[618]
One Clinton elector in Hawaii voted for Bernie Sanders.[620]

So no, it wasn't a typical smooth handover.  But it also wasn't anything like 2020 either.

It's just insane we even need to think through all of this.

Dems hold it all in Michigan, they have no chance there.  Kemp's already proven he won't play ball with Trump here in GA.  Wisconsin has a Dem gov.  As does AZ.  Not a lot of opportunities for the Trump people to cheat here.  Probably GA's their best bet, but I'd be surprised if A. Kemp went along with it and B. if it was enough anyway.

Beat me to it. Looks like NV might be an issue though.

I like how you quote only half of the comment and cherry pick the parts that you like.  What does the rest of it say? Here let me help you.... Looks like I also call Trump stupid.  And say I will laugh at BOTH of them.

it doesn't make it any better.

I don't think TEW has been a Trumper for awhile. But I could be wrong.

But you're missing the best one: @greenskeeper

I was never a "Trumper”. I never voted for him or advocated doing so.

I just laugh at the insanity of the left losing their crap over him. Policy wise he was basically a 90’s Democrat that they built into Genghis Kahn in their mind.

He was better than Biden, who has been an unmitigated disaster, I’ll say that much.

As for the trial, a bunch of New York liberals got a political conviction. He’ll appeal and it will go up the court system.

Hey, quick question. How come we don't have to think about these scenarios if the Dems lose? Aren't they the ones who steal elections?

They're so good at rigging no one even knows what they're up to! You'll see! When Biden takes Alabama, you'll know!

It is great.  You feel like going outside and doing something at 10pm.

All you need is a pair of those eye patch thingies that people have on airplanes.  I bet you have (or had) those.  We also have dark curtains so really not an issue whatsoever.

90th percentile is not that impressive. It’s 1 out of every 10 people. There are literally about 35 million of them in the United States.
