February 28, 20223 yr I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that cases are at their lowest point since July of last year. Oddly enough that was before the mandate was reinstated in August. Counting, comprehension of words, and calendars, the trumpbot's kryptonite.

Flew with them a couple times. No real complaints about the airline, though the planes are definitely bare bones and kind of noisy and cramped. I haven't had much need for their services lately, but we have over 100k miles from a CC bonus a few years back, and I'm paranoid that we're going to lose them with the merger. Already booked our vacation for this year, and it wasn't a Frontier route, so I feel like I really should try to use them the next time around.

As I remember it from when I read about merger they are going to use the Frontier brand, for what its worth.

Well, let's see what The Science said about mask wearing, then, and remove all doubt if The Science changed, shall we? Health guidance issued in July recommends that fully vaccinated people wear masks indoors if they’re in areas with "substantial” or "high” transmission of Covid-19. Wow wow wow. Now let's see what level D.C. is at by the CDC's own tracker: Huh "Substantial." Well, it's almost as if this shift is entirely political and that it's not even difficult to figure that out. But Napoleon can just keep being a Biden apologist because he wants to perform oral sex on him.

I'll edit it now. Thanks.

The beginning is the hardest part. It's a lot to learn and take in while running around to tests and appointments. It's a good time to be there with her. If you need anything or have any questions, just let me know.
March 1, 20223 yr Pediatric vaccine for 5-11 year olds only 12% effective at preventing omicron infection vs 68% in the 12-17 age group. Sounds like that 10mcg dosage was too low. Booster for that age group being evaluated, already approved for immunocompromised kids.

Well, I'll be interested to see how the numbers look for schools in the coming weeks seeing that they all dropped their masks.

I mean in all seriousness, outside of immunocompromised children…why push this on a 5 year old kid? Their chances of hospitalization or death are ridiculously minimal.

But I know, I know, you don't trust the secret serum because big pharma profiteering, not enough testing, graphene shedding, etc. Turn off Fox News bro, your life will be much better for it.

With community spread dropping to summer levels, my guess is there probably won't be much of a bump. Especially since, last I saw, only a quarter of kids in that age group had been vaccinated anyway.

Not enough testing isn’t a legit concern for toddlers? I mean by the time my kids needed it the polio vaccine had been around for a long long time. Not saying adults or other at risk folks of different age brackets shouldn’t chance it, but for a perfectly healthy 5 year old? Just seems unnecessary to me. Has nothing to do with the crazy conspiracy theory ish that’s out there.

Look this is real simple, those of us with a couple brain cells to rub together will immunize our kids against this just like we did for everything else because we realize the risk of vaccination is hilariously dwarfed by the risk of disease, no matter how small you try to paint the latter. Don't talk to me about it though, take it up with your pediatrician, I'm not interested in having this conversation again with you, especially since you have yet to back down from your "mild cold" stance even after it just killed 70k Americans in a month. Literally everything on that immunization schedule I posted is "unnecessary" for a healthy 5 year old according to Fox News logic. It's been thoroughly tested, it's safe, and the data couldn't be clearer, though I'm not sure you'd hear that from Tucker Carlson or Laura Ingram for obvious reasons.

You keep comparing long-established vaccinations like polio or pertussis to a vaccine that has been around for two years and is approved for emergency use only by the FDA. Not sure why you feel the need to always resort to personal attacks against anyone whose opinion differs than yours. I guarantee you don’t talk to people like this in person.

Ya that's cool man, the secret serum ain't tested enough, and still no reason to give it to "toddlers" for only a "mild cold." Duly noted. And I'm sure you'll suddenly reverse course and get them vaccinated when full FDA approval is granted. Maybe your pediatrician can give you one of those little reminder cards when that happens so you won't forget. Or better yet, maybe Sean Hannity will have an entire segment to tell you when it's okay to do so. Best of luck with all that.

We aren’t "anti vaxxers.” But no, I don’t see a need for our kids yet…especially considering we all had OG Covid. My kids are vaccinated with everything else. So yes, specifically for this one, I’d like to wait a bit until there’s some more long-term data. That doesn’t make me wrong or you wrong. I’ve also never watched an episode of Sean Hannity in my life. Now back to the Ukraine thread where our views more closely align.
