Vaccines do not put a force field around you, the virus has to enter the body first so you can still test positive. All the other things that cause death have not disappeared, if 80% of population is vaxxed then most deaths will be vaxxed but not necessarily from covid

So in the UK if you go to the hospital with a broken leg they test you. If you test positive for covid then that's a covid hospital admission even though really it isn't. Most in hospital in the UK are the unvaccinated.
