June 16, 20205 yr most protesters were wearing masks from what I saw. there were some that weren't, but most were. the shots you'll see on the news are going to be the most compacted areas, and even in those for the most part I saw masks, and that makes a difference. Tulsa is going to be a bunch of people in a closed air environment. my guess is they'll eschew masks, but we'll see.
