Right, but they should've added the qualifier to make it clear that's what they meant. As it reads now, it sounds like they were saying the vaccine wasn't available to anyone, which is obviously false. And I say this as someone who directly benefitted from their efforts being that I was vaccinated at a mass vax FEMA center set up at Ford Field.
