News that isn't news: Covid is more deadly to the unvaccinated.

haven't gotten the vaxxed in a couple years. being out on "farm" with limited contact with others I figured i was safe. and I was until i had to fly back to Houston for work. within a day of getting back i was wrecked. and i mean absolutely gigaclapped. i thought i was going to die for about a week. it's been close to 2 months and my lungs just stopped hurting. i think im coming through the brain fog and i can go up a flight a stairs without breaking into a cold sweat.

I feel like if Covid nearly takes you out in the year 2024, you're basically admitting you're pushing 300lbs.

How can you not  at that?  A cold sweat after a flight of stairs?

Forget the vaccine - I'd invest in a treadmill

First Kamala Harris loses and now I find out I'm obese. This is the worst November.

I don't know how old you are, but it's never to late to start getting in shape my man!  Start with walking a few hundred feet, then progress to a mile at a time.  Eventually you might be able to climb those daunting stairs!
