In general the North East, despite being one of the worst early on, is faring better (except Delaware for some reason?). The graphs are fun to play with:

 BUT if you look at the week by week charts, in most places this week is looking worse than last week, even in places that were "improving" in general like the north east.  Small sample size but concerning.

Yea, pretty much every state other than NY, NJ, Con, Was, and Ca were sitting in front of their TVs watching those states explode. 

And I'm gonna say it again, we really needed somebody with foresight and integrity to make the tough decision then and mandate this stuff, so when those first few states were finally getting things under control, the other states were already practicing all the safety precautions and people (and hospitals, and medical personnel) weren't blindsided because of the stage of opening they happened to be in.

A guy at work today said "if we want to wear masks the rest of our lives then vote for Joe Biden" ummm the dummy you want to win is already the president and we still have to wear masks! JC these people are delusional. They are so worried about changes if Trump doesn't win, when we are still dealing with crap they hate when he is already in office!!

Seriously. I worked there for 3 years and we had 3 different principles. 2 of them hid in their offices all day, the other one tried really hard but had a heart attack 6 months into the school year and had to resign for health reasons. He was 36.
