I agree it's unacceptable.  Consider the alternatives though.

What you mean the potential for millions to starve to death in a depression? How many millions will die from the usual conditions gone untreated because of the lock down? I admit many might die from COVID 19 but the alternative may be much worse.

Millions starving to death in a depression? We're not facing anything like that.

One thing this is showing, though, is that conservatives (whatever they are) are not pro-life. They're not even pro-American-life. They literally don't care about people dying, even including their neighbors and family members.

That was fast. Must have been something unforgivable.

Continuing from the OB (original board OR old board).  I don't do ignores BUT this one is very special.

In this one study that's not been peer-reviewed. lol

There are other more rigorous studies that show this drug in concert with Zinc does show benefits. Anyway, the point is to find treatments that are safe and effective, whatever they may be. Millions out of work and food shortages are unacceptable.

At least two people who died in early and mid-February had contracted the novel coronavirus, health officials in California said Tuesday, signaling that the virus may have spread — and claimed lives — in the United States weeks earlier than previously thought.

Tissue samples taken during autopsies of two individuals who died at home in Santa Clara County, Calif., tested positive for the virus, local health officials said in a statement. The victims died on Feb. 6 and Feb. 17, respectively.

Initially, the nation’s earliest coronavirus fatality was believed to have occurred on Feb. 29, in Kirkland, Wash., a suburb of Seattle that rapidly became a hotspot. In March, health officials there linked two Feb. 26 deaths to covid-19, the disease caused by the new virus.

The Santa Clara County fatalities push the earliest coronavirus-related fatality back by weeks, with the new findings potentially altering the timeline of the U.S. outbreak.

"The fact that there were deaths related to covid back in early February is very significant because it means the virus was around for a lot longer than was initially realized,” Jeff Smith, a physician and the county executive in Santa Clara, told The Washington Post. "It’s been around for a while and it’s probably been spreading in the community for quite some time.”

February 26 Trump said: "When you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that's a pretty good job we've done."

February 28 Trump said, "This is their new hoax." Citing the left response to his lack of response over the virus.

March 10 Trump said, "This was unexpected. ... And it hit the world. And we're prepared, and we're doing a great job with it. And it will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away."

March 11 Trump said, "The vast majority of Americans, the risk is very, very low."

March 17 Trump said, "This is a pandemic. ... I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic."

March 24 Trump said, "Easter is a very special day for me. And I see it sort of in that timeline that I'm thinking about. And I say, wouldn't it be great to have all of the churches full?"

April 17 Trump tweeted, "LIBERATE MICHIGAN, LIBERATE VIRGINIA, LIBERATE and LIBERATE MINNESOTA" oddly choosing three states with Democrat governors. On the same he tweets that the protesters in Michigan, "They seem to be very responsible people to me. They’ve been treated, a little bit rough.”

The right wing media is extremely well organized, completely irresponsible and has two goals: create wins for Trump and absolve Trump from blame.  They're dangerous state TV that is somehow lapped up by people that pretend they hate big government.  Since we're all cooped up inside, everybody probably already saw it, but John Oliver's whole show on Sunday was about their feedback loop.

Oh yeah.  Good to have you back.  I suspect we will be battling again within no time.

:P

FYI - for those like me with nurses and EMTs in the family, or anyone on the front line wearing a mask, you can use barrel of monkey toy, paper clip, S hook from the shower curtain to take the strain off your ears.

Then have this religious cult leader throwing out BS

They're pro birth, not pro life. Once you are born get those bootstraps and GTFO.
