That Jones broad. What a bish, huh? After getting fired because she wouldn't lie about the data, she began collecting data on COVID in schools and such for parents to use.

Sounds like a terrible person.

Umm yeah she actually is a terrible person.  She had an affair with a student, while married, and got pregnant with the student's child.  Proceeded to stalk him, vandalize his property, and created a revenge porn site in order to retaliate.  She had a restraining order taken out against her.  But you know, she CLAIMS she was fired for not fudging data.. I'll definitely take her at face value.

It does not sound like she has great personal decision making skills and obviously that calls anyone’s credibility into question but she was smart enough to be a professor and was working to uncover falsified data by desantis. I’m not sure exactly why her home was raided but something doesn’t smell right. For what she is doing, unless there is a very clear cut criminal element, it seems very "gestapo”-ish.

Doesn't have great personal making skills?   If a dude did that, he'd be seen as a violent predator.

IF there is reason to believe that she was targeted for telling the truth, then obviously that should be investigated.  But I don't exactly take this person for their word which is why I said I want to wait for more info to come out.  e.g. when pressed about evidence that the numbers were being falsified she pointed to "out of state" visitors that died of covid while in state when the category was supposedly FLA residents.  If there is clear evidence beyond that I'd definitely want to see it.

I understand, you're afraid and rightfully so, but I think it's best that everyone knows what's coming, that way you can plan how to handle it.

Just know your fear (anxiety)  could cause shortness of breath, it's not COVID-19.

like i said, you're full of crap. not even you are stupid enough to believe what you type. you're a fraud. you don't believe the earth is flat, you don't believe the virus conspiracy theories and you're most likely, an atheist.

The world wide hoax. COVID-19.

Some people are so effing stupid, you can't believe it.

Believe. There is no lower limit to human stupidity. Just browse this forum.

Do not mistake my words... if she did something illegal, she should be prosecuted.  All i'm saying is that the warrant enforcement seemed a bit excessive, given the alleged computer crime committed.

It seems to be.. but I don't know how serious the allegations are against her.  And apparently they delayed letting LE in for over 20 minutes.. so who knows what happened or was said/done before what is seen on video.  I also want to get to the bottom of it, and am certainly NOT just brushing it aside.  I just don't think this a stable individual, and her past criminal behavior does show she is not above committing cyber crimes.

This Jones broad doesn’t seem exactly stable.. I’ll wait for more details on this before jumping to conclusions.

Yeah she's totally balanced and would clearly not fudge data or breach security of her former employer who canned her

And there's this... battery on an officer and resisting arrest.  But she's totally stable and doesn't at all have a pattern of unlawful, criminal behavior.  We definitely shouldn't wait to find out the facts of her most recent arrest before calling LE in this case the gestapo.

Staff member booked after altercation with LSUPD officers

On June 13, 26-year-old University staff member Rebekah Jones was booked on one count of battery on a police officer, one count of remaining after forbidden and two counts of resisting arrest, Scott said. Scott said officers arrived at the Sea Grant building when Jones refused to leave at the request of LSU Human Resources. Scott said Jones initiated physical contact against two LSUPD officers while resisting arrest and officers were forced to subdue her.

She was the lady fired over the summer for running the COVID dashboard in FL and DeSantis didn't like her reporting the actual data.

It seems like they never changed the password and "the ESF-8 account is the state's emergency support function for public health and medical services and is used by many people from several agencies, including DOH and Emergency Management." So she still had access to the data and was reporting it.

They didnt care enough to change the password, but cared enough to come guns drawn to seize her computer.

So it is entirely possible that accessing that account was illegal even if they didn't change the password.

You realize it's logistically impossible for everyone to get the vaccine at the same time, right?  And it'll be pretty obvious that you're wrong about this when, you know, most people don't get the vaccine right away.  So, when they don't, will you come on here and admit you're an idiot?

The funny thing is, when we all get the vaccine and don't die, he still won't give it up.

I kind of think he's F'ing around though.  No one's that stupid.

Gee, it's almost like these companies are tired of some know-nothing loser trying to claim credit for all their hard work.

Think I posted before that one of the project managers here is sick.  So is his wife, but the kids are OK.

Operations Mgr. is out sick.  Her husband is also sick-he has his own HVAC company so maybe she got it from him.

Or is it in here?  Owner and our IT director are remote working and getting tested due to exposure.

I really want Wawa for lunch but will probably opt for a drive thru somewhere.  Less contact.  I hate this.  It's pretty bad out there it seems.

Door dash is a good option for getting wawa delivered.

The GOP sure knows how to pick them.

They say Dr. Jane Orient is a vaccine skeptic who has promoted the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid-19 patients, despite the Food and Drug Administration stating that it should not be used to treat coronavirus patients and has criticized the federal government's role in urging Americans to get vaccinated against the virus.

Yeah, but what about the mutation to chromosome 8?

Pfftt.. 99% of people who get COVID will survive anyway!

Well, I mean, that's true only if COVID actually existed.

At least covid is still winning.

I’ll show myself out

So, if you get the vaccine are you able to carry and spread the virus?  This is an honest question as I don't know how these things work... I would think not but unsure.

They don't know yet

All indications are that it most likely will provide sterilizing immunity to some degree, so it seems doubtful that an inoculated person could become infected, build up enough viral load to shed it, and then have those shed particles be infectious enough to infect someone else.
