Some of my thoughts: One thing that I am thankful for with all of these updates is that the Doc has been pretty unbiased towards any political aisle or party. He is open to criticizing people who have largely done a good job, such as Fauci. That blood test sample seems to confirm what I had been thinking and saying since the spring: that the coronavirus was here before the pandemic started. I look back at my home state of Delaware last winter: in the 2019-2020 winter, Delaware recorded a whopping 1,000 more flu deaths than any other year in history. One had to assume some of them were coronavirus deaths. These blood tests provide valuable evidence that many flu deaths may have been unattributed coronavirus deaths. Where did you/he see the new CDC guidelines on close contact? My organization (youth sports team) saw the update in late October. With the rise in cases, and my organization seeing its first positive test since returning to competition after Memorial Day, we are refreshing ourselves on CDC guidelines and I don't want to not see that. Yes he is not partisan, especially when it comes to this virus. Thanks for appreciating that. I found cdc quarantine guidelines here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html is that what you are looking for?

Sometimes the CDC site is tough to navigate; when the updates in October came out, some of us in our virtual meeting had trouble finding where others were, and sometimes we had trouble finding a page we had seen a day earlier.

It does not seem that much dissimilar to using eminent domain on sections of land to widen a highway or build a school for a growing area, which overwhelmingly contribute to the public good.

December 9, 20205 yr I didn't know the need so much dry ice for cheese curds? Is that a mail-order thing? I thought they just used refrigerated trucks like they do for other cheese, milk, and dairy. Also, all you Philly guys need to check out Cow and The Curd. So delicious! http://thecowandthecurd.com

The place is pretty empty right now and I am never in close contact with anyone longer than a minute or two. All meetings are virtual. I wear my mask when leaving the cube. I go home every night to an empty house, do I really want to be there by myself all day as well? I am using a few vacation days and am only here 4 days this week and until Christmas. There's talk of proposing everyone stay home after the holiday, returning around the 14th-18th of Jan. I like that idea not knowing where everyone will be going and who they spend their time with, it may help. We have 2 confirmed cases here, and a few others just went for tests.
