He’s not anti-weed. Doesn't really matter what he thinks, what he says has a tangible effect. Tucker and the rest of the right wing talking heads make policy in America. They have an entire major political party that's beholden to their every whim. Him coming out against the weed provisions in the bill kills them. Thanks a lot, narc.

The fact that ideas like this score political points with her base is what should scare the ever-loving-crap out of every non-deranged leftist in the country. But no one cares. Only horrible Faux News will actually cover the lunacy, and then they'll have walked into Pelosi's carefully laid trap lmao. We get clown world proposals from clown politicians and somehow they're the politically savvy tacticians. "We should be scared about how progressives like the idea of getting free stuff. May 13, 20205 yr Your Get America Back to Work Team: Jared and Ivanka - top notch experts right there. Mark Meadows - Meadows incorrectly claimed to hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida for many years in his official biography maintained by the Office of the Historian of the U.S. House of Representatives. In actuality he graduated from the University of South Florida with an Associate of Arts. Steve Mnuchin - Not a good pick, but not horrible. Larry Kudlow - awesome bald faced lying POS. Robert Lighthizer - The only reasonable pick on this team. Wilbur Ross - the bankruptcy king. Not sure if this is smart or supremely evil. Leaning towards evil,

You asked me if I thought he was doing a good job and I said yes in that he’s doing more good than bad. I would rather live in a state that’s taking the PA or Michigan approach over the Georgia and Tennessee approach. Tennessee is seeing its covid cases sky rocket. I think Hogan and Northam are doing a better job than Wolf: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/hogan-joins-northam-in-allowing-hard-hit-localities-to-opt-out-of-reopening/2020/05/12/f2a3534c-9467-11ea-82b4-c8db161ff6e5_story.html

He didn’t ask me if I thought Wolf was the best governor ever. He asked me if I approved of his handling of it. Binary choice there. If Corbett were governor we’d be Georgia right now.

Binary choice there. If Corbett were governor we’d be Georgia right now. Oh I hear you. I'm just furthering the conversation. I don't think Wolf is doing an awful job, but I do think he's being too conservative in a lot of ways here. We do need to start moving towards whatever the new normal is going to be, and if we force counties to wait until there's basically no virus at all out there then we really will kill a ton of small businesses. And there are other impacts as well, such as people deferring standard care, that will result in more health issues beyond what COVID-19 presents. There absolutely is a going to be a time when the cure is worse than the disease here.
May 13, 20205 yr https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/16/world/coronavirus-response-lessons-learned-intl/index.html This was probably posted before, if so, sorry about that. Taiwan did not impose a lock-down and has high-quality universal health care but its success lies in its preparedness, speed, central command and rigorous contact tracing. <- Four things our commander in chief failed miserably on. Miserably. What preparedness we had, he threw away. How a man can hate the WHO and China while simultaneously kneeling down for them is a mystery to me. Taiwan shows how you do it right.
May 13, 20205 yr its a no win situation for any governor really. im not even trying to harp on wolf, was just asking to get a feel for how people feel he's doing with this crisis. I just hoping we can all look back at this and be better prepared down the road when another global event like this happens again. but seriously wolf, sign the weed bill. it's the only green initiative that should be looked at during these trying times.

Governors aren’t really equipped to deal with a crisis like this. That’s why Trump’s response is so disappointing.

Governors would be best equipped to relay the needs of their individual states. NY, for example, received everything it requested whether ending up needed or not.
