i'm just happy that we got out from the horford contract and moved a non-fitting richardson for a shooter.  the names we got back may not be sexy, but they fit so much better with what we're trying to do here.

It’s honestly not so much what they did today but looking back at last off-season every move they made has looked like it turned out to be bad. Signed horford. Awful. Got josh Richardson for butler (really saric and Covington) in the sign and trade. I can tell you for a fact that the sixers didn’t want to max him and it’s why he left. I’ll just say a former sixers coach connected to Arizona alluded to it. 

And I think the dip in 3% this year was attributed to some injury he played through.

you can be underwhelmed, but the team is moving forward and not heading in the direction they were once headed towards.  morey has added shooters to a team that needed it and got rid of mistakes made last season.  that is positive.  if you look at it name by name and what we had before/what we gave up to be in the hole, yeah..  it's not as sexy.  but where the team was headed was not good.  morey is righting the ship.

the roster is not complete and i don't think morey is done.  but what he's done in the past couple of hours at least has us pointing in a more favorable direction.

Danny, Joe, Seth, and maxey....shooters gonna shoot. 

At this point, Ben for Harden would be nice. But Ben for LaVine and Markkanen or Satoransky would really complete the roster nicely.

Oh i didn’t say what morey did wasn’t the right thing to do. It clearly was with how the season played out. Agreed he’s not done. I don’t think there’s going to be a major move. But some pieces added here and there free agency and trade. 

However it’s still hard to ignore the sixers completely blew a chance last offseason to put themselves into a much better position than they currently sit right now even with morey doing the right thing.
