It was announced he was staying in LA on his own twitter. Shams had the balls to refute that and say he was considering options. He had options and signed here for the vet min. 

What a signing!

Vet min means we still have the MLE and TPEs to work with.

Sixers never thought he’d leave LA. Think LA pulled their offer and Morey jumped. He’s a better Noel and vet minimum keeps MLE open. Wow
