This sequence was weird but it almost seems like he thought he was going back to the Lakers but the Lakers decided to do something else instead.  His agent probably had to scramble to find him a decent spot.  He'll get plenty of run behind Jo.  Getting a back up center this cheap should let them grab another guard or wing with the MLE.  Nice to not have to use it for a back up center.

Thats what Im loving. I think thats more important. We have options at Center. In addition to Joel and Dwight, we can continue giving Simmons minutes at the 5, can probably play Paul Reed there at times. Can probably always bring back Pelle if needed...

But the guard/wings are really in need of a starting level player. Thats where any cap tools need to be used.

so is Bens. And Green would have both of them beat if it wasnt expiring. 

I could see us trading Green and Scott combined 20M expiring somewhere for just a 1st round pick just to get under the tax and not pay the repeater tax. As well as the apron which is severely limiting. 

Howard seems like even more of a bargain considering team like Detroit paying much more for equally mediocre back up centers, including Jah getting a 2 year deal.

Looks like they are getting Marc Gasol.  Makes sense for the Lakers.  Glad he's out of Toronto.

All this Augustine talk today but Morey working in secrecy on these moves. Im feeling another Laker, Rondo for the vet min as well.  And throwing the rest of our money whether it be the MLE or TPE for a wing. E'Twaun Moore? Rodney Hood? Justin Holiday?

6ers have a Daryl, a Dwight, and Mike Scott. Could make a solid episode of the office.

Yeah he re-signed for two years 21 mill

Harrell got a 2 year deal. 2nd year player option.
