Maxey is a lot quicker than I thought.  Other than that, team played like they've been together for a week.  Solid performance on basically a week's practice.  Boston starters have been in their system for years and they were sloppy.

Maxey looked good. Great Athlete. Very smooth.

He still is able to give valuable minutes in spurts off the bench. Still rebounds and defends well. Can give you a spark offensively on put backs and still can leap dunk on people. 

Didn’t see the game but sounds like Ben was being Ben. 
 

Glad to hear Maxey looked decent in his first NBA action at least. 

Maxey looked very quick with a nice mid range jump shot. 

I think Shake Milton has 6th Man of the Year potential

Ben's gotta go.  He didn't even attempt a shot in pre-season.  We talkin 'bout pre-season, pre-seaon!  He goes out of his way not to shoot.  The 58% completion percentage on his contorted body half hook shots are not enough.  He is suppose to be a great passer but in the half court offense, he can't even use his passing skills because his defender is sagging so far off of him.  He is just clogging up the paint for Joel.  The more he plays, the more his value will go down.  The fact that he is even being discussed as the main piece for James Harden is laughable.  Call them up soon and pull the trigger.  Give them one future 1st and call it a day.  I'd rather have a 2 year window at a shot of a championship than have them lose in the 2nd round of the playoffs the next 3-4 years.

Dwight will be in the HoF someday and one of the greatest rebounders ever. He has finally found his niche and does it so well

Saying this for the longest time, dude hasn't improved his game ONE BIT in three years. 

And yet some still think because he is only 25 he will still develop. Dude is the biggest waste of talent the NBA may have ever seen. He should be in the contention for MVP the next 5 to 7 years, but he just doesn't care.

Dude was gifted from Thor himself and he would rather play video games. An absolute colossal waste of talent. 

Get rid of the bum asap and who cares if Harden is a tad selfish and fat. He cares about his craft and continuously improves. Not to mention Harden gives the team a legit chance to win a title, Simmons doesnt move the needle especially in the playoffs where the game slows down and he becomes that much more ineffective.

So refreshing. The rebounding on this team was horrendous under Brown.

Yeah the argument for keeping Ben was that he's so young and the switch will turn on for him, but if we wait to long, we won't get value for him.
