If they were waiting to see how Ben would be with this new team/coach, what else do you have to see after this game?  Hasn't even attempted to get aggressive offensively against this G league team.

He did it on purpose.  He's programmed to turn or stop as he gets closer to the basket.  He did it earlier also when he "traveled".  Dude is completely useless.

This game and the Nets game- shouldnt need to see anymre to know this duo of "superstars" is the recipe for losing. Need to change the main ingredients. 

halfway through the 3rd quarter Simmons has more turnovers than points. 5 turnovers. 3 points. If you cant trade him by tonight, Im fine with just releasing him Chip Kelly style. 

At least Embiid looks like he has had enough and wants to win.

 

This team has 4 games in 6 days during the time they are short handed. Its so important that they dont drop this game that should have been a guaranteed win. They cant afford to. 

No one can guard Joel and hopefully this continues to help his grow his confidence 

 

Joe is gonna be a player. At the very least, a legit sharpshooter in the league for a while. 

I hope Simmons doesnt see the court for the rest of this game.

This group without him on the court has it going on. And its spearheaded by Joel whos opportunities wont be the same once Ben is back out there.

20 point quarter. He can be tired as long as he has more energy for the 4th. 

That was one of the most dominant quarters of Joel's career.  Why wasn't he motivated like that in the 1st?  Simmons is still a joke.
