yeah. He was a nice point forward always close to triple doubles and could shoot a bit. I think Odom was better than what Simmons currently is.

He really hit his stride when they accepted the fact that he is a really good role player and came off the bench.

Rondo eventually was able to knock down open 3's here and there at least. No one really guarded him out there but he would still make you pay if you laid off of him to much. Ben is still no where near even doing that.

Rondo also regularly had like 18 assists in games rather than 8-10. Ben is always barely cracking double digits on his stats. Rondo was crazy with the assists. And he had a handle. And he got to the line (Even if he didnt shoot them well), and he could finish around the rim. Rondo was such a way, way better PG.

Early in the season there were glimpses of great ball movement, and I even remember games where we got the ball to Joel deep down in the low post.

I havent seen any of those things lately. Those things need to come back in to the offense. Offense looks stagnant, and the shooting is cold.
