Kid drops 39 points and korky comes back and Maxey rides the bench. Makes sense smh

It’s infuriating to watch Kork on the court when they could be playing Maxey those extra minutes. 

I think Bridges would be perfect in this team right now even with pitiful Ben on the team.

Would think that a 2nd rounder or two get it done at this point in his career, but not sure how they plan on matching his salary. I wouldnt trade Danny Green for him because Green plays some defense. Id rather trade Kork and a 2nd or something but that doesnt come close to matching salary.

His 3 point percentage is down to .298 and he is attempting 1.3 less attempts per game from last year.  That is concerning.  Is there spacing terrible?

`Yeah I dont know whats up with him. Last year his percentage was amazing, even better than when he was with Philly and I assumed it was because he was getting open looks for once rather than just circling around Embiid with a defender holding his jersey and rushing his shot every time like he had to here.

Yet, this year, his shooting is way down. 

 

I would replace Kork with him anyway because most of the time it seems like Kork shoots that poorly. And Id take a chance on JJ finding his form any day over waiting for Kork to do something useful. 

But again, I dont see how we could possibly really be in on him. I dont think we can make a good trade for him.

I don't think elite shooters ever their shot, JJ is one of them. 

I wonder if they are still using him off screens a lot when he is more of a spot up shooter at 36

I think it is worth it because you rely on your the 15th year vet to know it might be his last legit opportunity and give it all he has. This team could use some more veteran presence

Unfortunately hes needed for the salary. The other option is Toney Bradley instead but that looks a lot less enticing for the Pelicans.

I dont think theres a good trade to be made when you have to match his salary. Hes making too much for what he is at this point. 

I think they need size if making a trade. I think someone like Thaddeus Young would be a good get. It also would give us an expiring deal next year to make another deal. 

That is what Morey is so good at. Keeping a team competitive by having an expiring contract to upgrade the team every year. 

That's a horrible deal.
