Glad it is being talked about and hope a real option the Sixers consider. They don't have a choice any other way in my opinion

Its really, really great to see. Great timing too. In a time when you worry whether the timing of this injury, and surgery may hurt his trade value all of a sudden you have a trade rumor for him. A small gift from the basketball gods to read that. Now let the other offers pour in.

Id love to have a guard or 2 from the spurs. White, Murray, Walker. They also have some solid to good vets to add in- Mills, DeRozan, Poltl, Gay. Rookies Keldon Johnson, and Samanic

Pick 3 and some picks. Would make a pretty nice package.

Phoenix is loaded with  young PGs. I loved Jevon Carter as a 2nd round 3 and D PG prospect 2 years ago. They also have Leceque who is insanely athletic like a Westbrook, and Ty Jerome.

Cam Johnson seems to have translated his shooting to the NBA. Dario is a nice guy to have on a team. Bridges, Oubre.... They could put a bunch of stuff in a package without even including Booker.  Obviously you want him but when comparing to a rumored Cleveland deal, even without him, PHX makes a nicer potential partner.

Utah- Bojan, Ingles, Clarkson- bunch of firepower in the back court with that one.

Can keep going. Cleveland would be about the last of the bad teams Id look for a trade with for Simmons.

Salary dumping Horford is a different story. I could settle for unproven upside there.

But not sending Simmons there.

I dont know when it is but that post really didnt make sense with the timeline. Planning to start in December and potentially delaying it until July or even February? Thats a yuge delay!

I'm pretty sure the July mention was a typo. They meant January. So yeah. I guess they see next season being somewhere between December-February. What a sucky situation.

that makes sense.

I see that theyre intent on 82 games either way. Also saw where they could have a few local bubbles and teams would travel between those bubbles. And a plan where games would be played in the teams training complexes rather than empty arenas.

Theyre planning a whole bunch of possibilities.

Suns have a coach and talent is finally coming together. I doubt they trade anyone at this point.

I hope ben's injury doesn't give them an excuse to keep brett.

Is it wrong to say this team is a dumpster fire, but so godly talented they make do.

I trust Silver and his team to figure it out more than any other organization BY FAR. They are the most progressive and forward thinking

So here’s an interesting thought... hypothetically, let’s say they go on a run here without Simmons, and make it to the finals and/or win it... does that shift your opinion to wanting to just trade Ben, and keep BB?

I’m on the fence if that were to happen. It would be hard to fire a coach who just got to/won the finals, but it’s such a weird season with the long pause in the middle, player opt outs,  no home/road games (road games being the Sixers biggest issue over the years).

Not that i think ayton isn’t good. He is. But the suns are going to regret not going doncic as their backcourt could be booker and doncic. Would be a hell of a backcourt.

Can josh Richardson keep anyone in front of him? Literally everyone he guards just goes right past him to the hoop.

lazy, sad sack embiid tonite...yay.

hurt too...yay.

Embiid hurt

Thunder beat wizards. So that's a plus. We really need that pick.

Embiid got hurt?  Wow, totally didn't see that coming.  Like at all.

Battling hard.  Hopefully they can keep this going an overcome Embiid’s absence.

That he doesn't have to play? Lol

Thank god horford took that straight away three down three and then pulled nails a three at the other end to make it 6

Welp, they lost.  But thre game went over 228.5 and spurs won so that's a successful 2 game parlay for me.

And OKC won.

And Horford persevered some trade value again.

Not a terrible night.
