Anywau, that helps us anyway. Hopefully they lose a game or two that he skips to so the Sixers can keep the pace until Jo is back. 

This is exactly why the people who are betting so high on the Nets are foolish IMO - Harden is a notorious choker in the playoffs, KD is still brittle from his achilles, and Kyrie is a walking injury/nutcase and rarely plays anymore.

I’ve mentioned before I’d love to get Fournier and ross in a deal. You have enough expiring contracts to peak the magic interest if you include maxey and probably picks. Could legitimate send 30 mil in expiring deals, maxey and picks for those two players. Plus it helps them get ross’ contract off the books the next two years as well when they start their rebuild again as they deal gordon, Fournier and ross.

I loved Ross 1.5 seasons ago but he has declined quite a bit since then.  Not sure why.

Would we start Smart or Green?  Guess it doesn't matter.  As I said earlier, the Boston fans who usually love Smart have soured on him.  It would be such a Philly thing if we acquired someone who is really good and tough in the playoffs and then he stinks when he comes to us.

In the hypothetical scenario you have smart and Lowry which means Green is gone.

Playing for Orlando and likely miserable as they continue to not progress might have something to do with it.

Green is gone if you get Lowry just to match up contracts.

So in this rumored scenario, we would probably have to give up 2 1st's, Maxey, Green, Curry, some other fillers and we get back Lowry and Smart?  I don't like that.  Our depth and shooting would be depleted.

Went to the Suns sixers game last year. He was on the Suns. I looked to my friend and was like he’s gonna hit like 3-4 threes tonight. He laughed then it happened.

I figured the heat would be Aldridge landing spot.  But about a day or 2 I read it would only be as a buyout.

I don't know that they have enough assets to make both trades. 

 

I'm not trading Thybulle for Lowry unless there is a magical secondary move where we get another good player who is also a great defender.
