Yep.  And I was thinking about that as the game was coming to an end.  Was wondering if Embiid would return the favor.  Because that was the game he and Embiid got chippy.

Id guess they went with a steroid injection. PRP is likely better long term (doesnt matter so much because he will probably get it fixed anyway), but steroid will provide faster pain relief. 

For the sake of time, steroid would seem to be the most sensible choice. And since surgery may be the end result, you dont need to worry which injection type has the better long term effect. The long term result will be achieved by surgery.
