This series should even out now... They both gave their best shots in the first 2 games. Now I think maybe the hawks get one more game but, sixers take it in more close games from here on out.

It was a good thing we got fired up embiid, and not I dont want to play basketball anymore Embiid.  Hope they vote on MVP again before each of the rest of our playoff games.

If i were atlanta i wouldn’t start Hunter tbh. His knee being what it is likely have to limit him to 20-25 mins if he can even make that. Id insert huerter or gallinari into the starting lineup. The fact they keep using Solomon hill is as idiotic as when doc starts Mike Scott when embiid is hurt or out. Hunter i would easy into the series. Throwing him in as a starter in game 3 isn’t ideal.

that said when Hunter is healthy he is their best perimeter defender. I don’t think that’s even debatable. Harris vs. hill or bogdanovic or huerter is huge advantage for Harris. None of those guys can guard him. Frankly i don’t think Hunter with his knee problems can hold up either.

I bet in Shake's head, he looks at trae young and thinks to himself "Self, I can do everything that he can do".   It seems absurd to us but most of these guys have tremendous confidence in their ability, even when they slump from time to time.

Didn't see the game.  Middle of the night for me.  Sounds like a solid playoff win but with some clear exposure of the challenge the Hawks present.  Seems like this series is going to be very tough to win.

 

Ben now 13-40 from the stripe in the playoffs, 24.5% ; anyone still think he's not in the running for WOAT?  He simply cannot have the ball in his hands in the last 5 mins.

Ben’s FT shooting has to be mental at this point. He not just in a small funk. He’s thinking too much and it’s impacting his performance.

He doesn't need to do all that to make Ben miss the free throw.  Ben can handle that all by himself.

I think if at least one of Maxey or Shake can keep providing some bench production, Sixers close this out in 6 games max. The Hawks starters can’t keep up with the Sixers. Just need someone off the bench to provide some offense. 

The Bucks have to win game 3.  This will force the Nets to have to bring back Harden before he is ready.  I would like as much wear and tear on that team before we have to face them.  If they could somehow take it to game 7, that would be tremendous for us.

Absolutely I hate young too . Just needs to watch what he is doing. Can't afford to have him out for any reason

They obliterated the Bucks the last 2 games and one loss isn't going to change that especially Game 3 where Bucks know it is a must win.
