Honestly i can’t see any team wanting harris’ contract until there’s a year left. And if they do you likely taking on bad contracts as well so it’s likely going to be a wash.

then al and j-rich.  same concept though. get true shooters in their place. guys who don't hesitate or try to pump fake & drive.

It's hard to follow this team when they surrender to a league mandate that they are to be a perennial also-ran. all the hoop jumping in the world won't overcome that. Just accept that short of tanking (which they are not allowed to do) the 76ers are restricted to building their with 2nd tier free Agents and non lottery draft picks. Enjoy being a non championship playoff team. the champs have to play against someone so why not let them go through the 76ers once in a while.

I think you’re going to also have the same issue with horford. Both of those contracts are abysmal until they become expiring contracts. Even if horford plays better elsewhere I’m doubting teams are giving anything but bad contracts in return. Basically either stuck with both of them or take on similar bad contracts.

also Richardson loses a ton of value as he’s a FA at the end of next year. The time to maximize his trade value to get out of a contract was really at this trade deadline.

horford, korkmaz, & scott for scary terry & cody zeller. throw in a pick if you have to.

championship!

how about some scary terry?  devonte graham really played well for them so rozier might be expendable.

It’s amazing how much better this team looked 2 years ago when they got 2 random shooters halfway through the season.

Why they didn’t continue to follow that route instead of giving mega contracts to Horford and Harris is devoid of logic and now they’re paying for it. Smh.

Because our ownership is a dumpster fire and hired a inexperienced dumpster fire of a gm and kept a coach way past his due date.

Pretty much.  I kept quiet throughout all of it because my basketball "expertise" probably ranks 3rd behind football and baseball...but man, looking back...it really was and is a dumpster fire.

What a mess.  Smh.

I’d argue the sixers have been the most dysfunctional lousy run franchise over the last 30 years outside of when pat croce owner the team and they got to a finals. Outside of that it’s been trash. The Phillies aren’t exactly far behind

They had to insist on keeping 2 Collar goons in the FO and couldn't get a real gm to take them seriously.  Now we're here.

Yup. Amazing how bad ownership could take something potentially promising and make it back to where we were prior.

I was about to post something similar.  Out of the 30+ years (give or take) the 76ers have been enjoyable to watch for about 5-7 of them (Mostly the AI era)...other than those 5 or so years....they've been pretty painful.

Bring back hinkie

Horford is starting tonight 😂

Looks like they wont be competitive at all tonight, again.

not even trying.

love our 7 foot center setting screens 25 feet from the basket...great offense.

Sixers getting some calls, need to take advantage

Playing in the bubble probably hurt the Sixers the most. We had a 31-4 home record. This team really feeds off of the crowd.

I feel sorry to admit Ill take no pleasure in seeing them pull off a win tonight. Frustrating as its been watching them lose the previous 2, they seem cooked and any win is just fools gold. I want no moral victories. Like all this guy on TNT has said all night is how hard theyre playing even though they trailed most of the game. That means nothing to a team that had championship aspirations. Any small positives from here out only serve to strengthen the case to keep Brown for another year. Because he got the team to fight hard while Ben was out. We need none of that.

Embiid had like 20 and 10 in the first half.

As of this moment with the game almost over hes only up to 26 and 13. But he has roughed guys up all night tonight. I do like that.

Embiid giveth. Embiid taketh away.

Cant believe Embiid didnt get that call.

Typical 6ers screw ups to end the game. Embiid turnovers in crunch time. Horford passing up an easy shot for a contested Richardson 3...

Over.

0-3

I think Van Gundy wants to be the next 6es coach. He hasnt stopped carrying on about their "tremendous effort" all night. Its annoying.
