Booker. Frankly the Suns wasted the early part of his career with continuously not surrounding him with another quality guard. Even with Rubio last year you saw in the bubble how much it helped. They are down Paul right now but Payne has been great since he was on that bubble roster.

Unless I just can't find it, the headline mentions Collins fined yet the article says nothing about it.

I saw embiid fined. Then both fined. 

Then it was hard to find one saying Collins was fined....
