No, they proved they're not. Granted only having 4 players on Offense hurt them but the team overall doesn't have a ton of heart and determination. The Hawks had a lot more.

Yeah, this team is very mediocre. I agree they can build around Embiid but Harris is overrated and Simmons’ shooting flaws can’t be corrected. Curry, Green, etc are all role players. Harris would be a good 3rd option on offense but when he’s the #2 guy that’s a problem. They need to trade Simmons and get a #2 scorer.

Lol the hawks barely beat a team with its best player having a torn meniscus and Ben Simmons being mental. The hawks played like crap most of this series. Legit they won a game shooting 36% from the field and the sixers wet the bed when crushing them by 18 and 26. They are tougher than the sixers that doesn’t mean more talented. 

I know people were saying the Jazz may move on from Mitchell because he doesn't play a team game, but I don't see it. Can't see them getting crap for Ben at this point. Multiple 1 over all picks and all crap.

We're going to have to eat it there, but it's for the best.  Just try and get the best deal you can knowing you're coming out on the losing end short term, but he needs to GTFO.

His trade value is 0.  Some team will take his contract and float us either a role player or a late first, but their real investment is taking the contract.

Part of talent is not quitting. The 76ers have a few quitters with Simmons as their undisputed King. He's such a coward. It's a crying shame he got that max contract.

I think you can trade him but you aren’t getting back lillard type player. I think he actually fits with a team like GS if golden state moves on from draymond. They have enough shooting around him he doesn’t have to be the top 2 or even 3 offensive option. They’d give you wiggins bad contract and likely draft picks. It’s why i said a couple days ago you might have to make a trade that doesn’t necessarily help you in the immediate but long term does. Wiggins as a expiring contract in the 22-23 offseason would be nice especially if they got Minnesota’s first rounder in the deal

Glenn Rivers and Simmons can both go F off.  We lost 3 games at home in this series.   The same place that held the best home court, in the past few seasons.  Doc gonna Doc.

I think mental toughness is separate from talent. Pure athleticism and ability the sixers have that over the hawks. It’s why the hawks won games shooting 36%.

Mental toughness is the make up of the roster you have and leadership from your head coach/star player. The sixers lacked leadership. it’s why butler bolted and said what he did.
