I feel like we can be in the market for a white guy though.  Maybe him and TJ's boy, Garza.

I just really think garza can be a competent bemch big to spell embiid. One who isnt offensively incompetent. Feels like you wouldnt have to change everything with him

Im totally on board.

If we stayed put with our picks I think Mann, and Garza would be a great draft.

If team had Boogie instead of Howard they still might be paying

Would you guys prefer Dame over Kyrie? I heard one of the talking heads mention that Ben Simmons to Brooklyn for Kyrie would be a win win for both teams, but is not likely to happen since they are in the same division.

Young up and coming  teams come and go all the time. They get everyone all hyped up make a run or 2 then fizzle out. That's where the sixers are right now.

Green should absolutely be kept.  There's no way to replace him with a comparable player given the resources we have.

I suspect if he leaves its due to a lack of interest in being here on his part.

During the last episode of his show Green mentioned his pending marriage as well as all of the time building his house in California is taking.  He also mentioned tax considerations in regards to his next move.

So I see either a FL or TX team for tax relief or a West Coast Team to stay closer to his new house and new wife.

Roy had degenerative knees

Exactly, they fizzle out like I said. From injuries, chemistry issues, front office issues ect. This happens all the time. Oden was a walking injury as well.

Is this a serious question?

I don't follow the Pacers other than when they play us.  How good is Brogdon?

New trade suggestion has Sixers moving star Ben Simmons to Pacers

He's very good. I'd be ok with that deal. Might prefer a pick instead of lamb, but lamb can shoot.

brogdon is good...really solid all around. he's not really a difference maker who can take over games or carry the offense, imo.

it would be like when the sixers traded barkley for hornacek & garbage. hornacek was a good player...but not a stah.

https://www.nbcsports.com/philadelphia/sixers/nba-rumors-sixers-hoping-shot-land-damian-lillard

On Thursday, The Ringer's Kevin O'Connor was discussing the future of George in Los Angeles and the tenuous Damian Lillard situation in Portland in an article when he suddenly also brought up Ben Simmons and the Sixers, and dropped a nugget at the end of this paragraph while talking about possible George trade ideas:

"There’s also Ben Simmons, the Sixers All-Star who spends nearly all of his off time in Los Angeles and would add a much-needed playmaking dimension to the Clippers. But regardless of the other pieces involved in a potential deal, would Leonard want to team up with Simmons after the latter’s disastrous postseason? Is that a deal the Sixers would want to make, when league sources say they’re also hoping for an opportunity to land Lillard?"

Now, it's important to note that this isn't "the Sixers and Blazers have engaged in talks", or "the Sixers are determined to acquire Lillard". The report is that Morey & Co. are "hoping for an opportunity", which isn't exactly urgent. But then, the playoffs aren't even over yet and the Sixers are still unpacking this failed season.

Were they talking about trading Simmons for Paul George and then went into the sixers wanting lillard?

i don’t know if the rumors are true but if kawhi is actually upset at the clippers medical staff and clippers there’s a chance he doesn’t go back to the clippers. Not that he’d come here but i don’t think it’s out of the question he leaves the clippers if that story is true.

So is the gist of that rumor PG13 to Portland, Dame to Philly and Ben to LA with fillers thrown in to make it all work?

The Clippers failed to hold on without Kawhi Leonard on Wednesday night, and now the future of a once-promising two-man core is under scrutiny out in Los Angeles. Sound like a familiar situation?

The same thing is happening in Philadelphia, and the same thing is happening in Portland. It's high time for many front offices to take stock of what they have... and maybe shake things up sooner rather than later.

^ the beginning of the article.

it is kinda hard to follow.

[Crouse] Dario Saric—unofficially the first member of The Process to make the #NBAFinals

I thought it was originally Ben for Paul George. Just saying I’d take paul George over Simmons easily. I think Paul George is fine if you have a Batman. I get he is very up and down as a closer but i firmly believe if kawhi doesn’t injury his knee that the clippers beat the Suns and win a nba title. I actually think embiid, Harris and George is a good fit together. That said i dont see west and the clippers wanting Simmons.

Is anyone beyond that blowhard Skip Bayless reporting that?

Kawhi gets away with so much and is a total prima donna, he just has this aura of ohhhhh that is just Kawhi being Kawhi.

Yeah that’s why i don’t necessarily believe it. Although to skip’s credit he was accurate with the kawhi story with San Antonio because he actually had sources cause of his connection to the state of Texas and Oklahoma.
