I’m not gonna write this in the story, but I’ll tell this to you guys and you guys can do what you want with it. They haven’t been able to really even get in touch with Ben since the season ended. Like, there was an intent to have a workout plan or whatever — like in any offseason. That’s always kind of been the case, that the Sixers haven’t been able to align with a development plan [for Ben] — that’s kind of what Yaron Weitzman wrote at Fox Sports in that big story. It just doesn’t sound like there’s ever been movement to come together on the same page to do that, and it hasn’t really worked this summer either. I think that’s not something that’s an encouraging sign for him being in Philadelphia in the future.

Get what you can get for him and just move on.

The source for this is likely not the 76ers leaking this out cause it would only hurt them in any negotiations. This feels like either rich Paul/Simmons camp leaking this story or some team the week of the draft trying to get something done putting it out there. 

I bet after he is traded, when he plays us at home, we will boo him louder than any player has been boo’ed in the history of all 4 sports.

They should.  It's not as if they're going to be able to rehab his trade value.  They should fall back on the brogdon deal if they don't get anything better. 

It's only going to get worse. 

i'm not a lowry fan at all but i might be able to live with him if they wind up trading simmons for a non-pg.  not for 25-30 mill though...not that they'd be able to afford that.

Sam Cassell should take over for doc when/if doc fails miserably again. I think cassell is gonna be a good coach.

It’s probably 95% Ben’s camp. However can’t rule out if a team actually wanted Simmons but hates the asking price and floats that rumor out there the week of the draft.

Not sure I agree. When he's going crazy during the regular season before the All Star game like he always does he might look a lot better than he does now. Yeah, it's at an all time low I agree with that, but it was low last summer and then he started to play well and so many people on here were saying we were nuts for wanting to move him. Happens every year.

We aren't far off from he or embiid requesting a trade publicly.  Then we are Fd on value. 

Now is the time.  Take the best offer that's given.  Don't get greedy waiting for more. 

Id offer Ben and Maxey for SGA and #6. But Ben is no Cunningham, so maybe they say no.

These are the trades Id be willing to stick Maxey in.

It doesnt involve us giving up a ton of picks. And we would be getting young talent back with very high picks. Add Maxey to the deal if we have to. Suggs makes up for that.
