Frankly markkanen should play on the RFA qualifying offer next year and ball out for whatever team he’s on (i still think the bulls are gonna use him in a trade). Then hit the market as a UFA.

How many will Green and Curry trust come playoff time. They don't give a crap about developing a dude that is gonna take w years to develop in Kuminga We saw it with Wiseman, they benched him for Looney.

I’m guessing if klay has played wel all year he’s going to be trusted at that point. I wouldn’t trust any of them however doesn’t mean they won’t have talent on that roster. I can tell you cause i have enough wildcat coaches connected with Kerr. They also want to plan for life after Steph, klay and draymond (frankly they’d be ok dealing him now depending on return) and when they begin to really slow down (belief is thats in 2-3 years). They’d deal wiseman and some youth if they got a young star type player back. But they are pretty content if they have to keep those guys. They really like moody from what i was told. They really wanted to use wiggins contract to match up to get that star (beal as he’s still young enough at 28 where he can be the guy when those guys dip in performance)

Stephen A doesn’t know anything. He likes to throw things out there like he does but then it comes back to not making any sense. Like his dame is going to just recruit Tatum to the knicks. Meanwhile he’s not a free agent until after the 24-25 season and the Celtics aren’t going to deal him to the Knicks.

I said the same thing the other day. Why go to a team and have to recruit another star who might sign a Supermax and not be available. And another star who’s got 4 more years left on his current contract. Furthermore that team once they deal for dame doesn’t have nearly the trade capital after they acquire lillard. they’d have to get that star in FA  

i don’t doubt lillard would want to play for the Knicks. however Stephen A smith’s reasoning behind it never added up due to contract situations of both embiid and Tatum

Wiseman was benched for 3 quarters because he missed covid testing and then scored 14 points in the 4th quarter alone. Then he got hurt tearing his meniscus and struggled to get back in shape. . He was never benched for Looney.

On Monday, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr opted to change the starting lineup with rookie James Wiseman moving to the bench and veteran Kevon Looney taking his place.

To that point, Wiseman had started each of the Warriors’ 16 games. However, Kerr wanted to make the change to give the Warriors a better opportunity to have quicker starts and to add another level of defensive intensity.

Kerr sat Wiseman down prior to the game to explain the change, but, most importantly, conveyed that the decision was not a demotion. The move to the bench was also made to help his development as Kerr believes it will create a positive change in his growth pattern moving forw ard.

Weird it took till like the 8th link down before they got to that benching. They did say that probably wouldn't of happened of if wasn't for the 3 quarter benching for covid. They needed that to happen for Kerr to see the difference.
