I was there a month ago. masks required. But once you are in your seat I didnt see it enforced. Plenty on but majority not wearing them.

The first game of the season they had mask mandates in Target Center but I saw maybe 10-15% fans in seats not wearing and even some of the CONCESSIONS STAFF were not wearing… then the next game I went to (maybe 2-3 games later?) masks were 100% optional.

I was thinking about going to the game tonight.  I probably should have at this point. 

well, that was tougher than it should have been. 

The good news is Embiid and Harris had strong games. Hopefully they are on the mend.

If there was one thing BB was great at it was out of time out plays.  Other than that he was mediocre.

I didn't watch the game.  Saw embiid highlights this morning.  I was thrilled to see he did a ton in the post.  Even low post. And on top of that,  lots of 1 dribble moves to the basket.  Not too much ball handling letting the double get there. So good. 

Wish it was every night.  So dominant there. Hope it continues. 

hornets had to play 6'7 pj washington at center...so it was a game embiid could dominate easily. tobi had a nice game...as did shake.  pretty much everyone else sucked.

Yeah.  It's good that he went down there and dominated the smaller guy.  

You'd expect it,  but he and the team don't always do what's expected. 

Would be nice if he continues doing it against real centers. Probably won't.

I was just gonna say that they literally had nobody capable of defending Embiid.  He didn't have to work at all to get the low post this game.  That's different when a team has a legit big on him.  Then he'll be 15-20 feet from the basket instead.

Great game by Embiid. As others have said, it was much closer than it should of been. A big part of that was they made Oubre look like Michael Jordan. I've never seen that dude have a game like that before.

Never? Not the day before before where he went 11/17 for 28 points. 

Or heck the last two weeks. Oubre is a bucket getter, but is just not consistent nor efficient enough yet.

yeah, his natural instinct is that of a ball stopper who dribbles into contested 2's. he somehow puts up decent numbers w/o really helping them win.

That dude never passes the ball he puts up a shot from anywhere he doesn't care. However, it was hilarious when at the end of the quarter the gave it to him and even the announcer is like we know who is taking this shot. Then he passed it and the announcer damn near sheet himself he  was in disbelief he actually passed lol. 

On the Hornets side, I thought James Bouknight and JT Thor had some really, really impressive moments.
