Can imagine a scenario where Lou goes to New Orleans and runs his LeBron/Cavs offense with Williamson. While D'Antoni uses us to get a better deal with the Pacers who would be more ideally suited to his system. With Jay Wright taking his name out of the running, and Chicago snagging most fans' top choice for us already we would be left back at square one.

Probably promote Udoka at that point.

Figures. So they might even wind up with the guy they ultimately want because they don’t want to spend the money. And this is another example of why the sixers franchise finds themselves in the positions they do. 

If it's really the case of missing out on who they consider the best coach because of money ownership needs to sell the team and piss off.

Masai Ujiri has one year on his deal with the Raptors as the GM/President and he is clearly frustrated on a lack of extension.

If Sixers were committed to winning they would offer a pick or some type of compensation for Masai and get rid of Brand. Dude is the best GM in the league and someone will snatch him up. 

 

Heck, Morey probably could be gotten as well.

I know there was a report Elton Brand asked for a new contract. The 76ers didn’t give him one and it wasn’t a report that they were Even working towards giving him one. I kind of have the sense if things go south this year Elton Brand gonna get fired

I feel if we're going to get Terry, we will have to trade up between 8-15 range. But it's worth it if we trade a couple of seconds and Richardson to move up in that range.
