Seth has potential to be very good, but due to covid and whatever else he has slumped very hard for us this year and he is slumping right now. He was like 1-9 shooting last game where we blew a lead to the Suns. Could have won if he was half decent that game. 

Hes 33 and almost due for a new contract. Probably wouldnt be a lot but.... not a huge loss. Theres also only so many shots on offense. Harden will take his shots. You still want Maxey getting opportunities.... its ok to part with him.

Trade seemed pretty even. If the Nets couldnt blackmail us, maybe we could have gotten away with giving less. But they did have some leverage on that. 

6ers got better today.

Long term ramifications are to be determined. Harden will need to be paid, as an old man. But Morey also seems to have just enough assets left for 1 more huge move when the time comes. 

Gary Harris is a potential buy out.  His shooting could be helpful.

He is good but not great, .388 from 3 with 1.9 makes out of 4.9 attempts.

he seemed like he was going to become a very good player in Denver. Then fell off a cliff. Got traded and hasnt seemed to recover. 

I see he actually is shooting the 3 at 38% this season. So thats maybe not to bad to have on the bench. But.... he just seems like just a guy now.

I kind of feel like Furk or Joe can go 1-5 from 3 every game  though, on a bad night. Maybe even Thybulle. And thats his average. Which of those guys loses playing time to him?

Ideally we dont need Furk, or Joe (yet) playing regular rotation minutes. But... Im not sure its worth it to sign Harris.

He will have more spacing here.  I think I trust him more than Korkmaz who is too inconsistent and Joe, who is too raw.

we did the Muscala experience already. You think he can do those things, but he cant do those things in Philly. Its already been proven.

Let his legacy end on a high note. He was complete trash here. Traded to OKC and he hit the 3 that caused their pick to convey to us, which we used to pick Maxey. That is where his 6ers story needs to end.

The take you quoted was a history lesson on Muscala. If you think any philly fan in the world would want him you havent paid close enough attention. As a fan of a different team, I dont blame you. But admit ignorance and move on.

As far as Schroder, there is nothing wrong with having a guy ball out for you in a contract year. Just dont re-sign him. Whats wrong with having him play well here?
