After the three signings, the Eagles currently have $2,137,419 in available cap space, with four draft picks left to sign and $8.5 million potentially coming off the books when the team moves on from Zach Ertz.              Per Eagleswire

Seems a little low, but regardless if its 2-4 mil... they don't need to get rid of Ertz until another decent move is made.  They probably hold onto him as long as they can.

4 of our rooks are signed... Smith,Zech,Milton and Gains

Sooo correct me if I’m wrong here but only the top 51 highest paid count against cap... Dickerson is looking like the only rookie that would look like he will count against the cap and we should definitely be able to fit him with whatever 2-4m we have left.

Does it have to be technical when you use 2 picks?   2 is multiple....lol

You love to cut hairs Joe!  lol

Eagles take chances on Players with Good Character, like Mailata. Dallas takes chances on players with bad character. difference between our organizations.....

Michael Vick?

He was an exception. However, he did not cause any issues after we signed him if you recall. Back then we had Andy Reid and a locker room full of vets to keep others in line. Tony Dungy had a hand in him being hired...

I will add I did not like the signing....

Eagles have had there fair share of character concerns players. Bradham got arrested I believe for having a gun, Blount had a bit of a rep well before coming to Philly starting way back in college when he punched someone, Djax had the concerns about the crowd he ran with, TO though I never thought of TO as a bad guy. MV as mentioned Shady had more then a few questionable activities as did AG if I recall correctly....I’m sure there are others I’m missing.

I will say I think Philly does a great job of looking into players before making a decision they are not hair signing anyone off the street just because maybe they are talented yet stay in trouble.

Vick made a mistake that was based on the culture he was raised in.

I think based on his behavior while in Philly he deserved his second chance.

I didn't like him being signed at all. He did however make the best of his second chance like you said, deserving. For that I am proud of him.

Well, maybe you have a point here. But it seems like we pass on allot of players during the draft just because of character issues....

Maybe can’t say this is a good or bad thing though plenty of guys make dumb mistakes at a young age and have become respectable nfl players who stay out of trouble.

Just hard to truly judge because it is so case by case so many things go into it. Especially going into the draft you dig through players how life’s and things always get found

Yeah I have done many rescues(guns pointed at my head may times),so he was a "bad character" but glad he now fights FOR animal rights, so yes you can change if you want to

Right, if you notice BG made points about player issues afterwards.  If we had to look at one that was drafted, Mills would be the guy.  The rest seem like all issues once they are already in the league... where Dallas seems to like to take them right out of college more.

1.     Throughout the off-season, only players with the 51 largest cap hits will be counted toward the salary cap.

2      Once the season has started, ALL players ... whether on the 53 man roster, Injured reserve, PUP list, or the practice squad  ... count against the team's salary cap.

3     The only players who do NOT count vs the cap, are players who are on one of the NFL's exempt lists.

I believe the exact dates are the official final cut deadline after preseason... up until the Superbowl

Well not sure it will make him a good coach but gotta love the competition that Siri is bringing in everything he does... Heard Smith and Fulgham were having some type of catch off and Siri had CBs do something in front of the entire team... Even Siri competing with Greg Ward in a 3pt shoot out which he apparently lost lol.

Get woke!!! Pathetic. I have to seriously decide if I want to remain a fan. Eagles just put this BS out

My initial reaction is "I am DONE" I will give it  a few more minutes

Nope, didn't help. It's been fun knowing all of you and supporting this team since 1971, but I won't be a party to a woke, pandering, caving group of wimps.TC all and best of luck in the coming season.Signing off for good! GO PANTHERS!!!!

You got a 3rd team?   I'm sure all 32 teams are doing something.  Lol

Killins seems to have made the move to WR. Smaller guy but blazing fast if he could make an impact as a return man could boost him enough to make the team STs is key for those bottom roster guys
