In college, yes. Here at "Not For Long", maybe. We shall see I guess. Atlanta D is a nice beginner course for them.

The physical talents are there but at the nfl level we know it takes more then just being physically gifted

Smith has talent no doubt. Reagor? Remains to be seen. Quez? I like what he brings but it'll be limited. Let's not get carried away by the WRs is all.

LOL both Reagor and Smith lit it up for their respective college teams. I was expecting more from Reagor last year, but then again the entire team sucked donkey balls,so I hope to see him come on this year. We saw what Smith can do in pre season and he didn't even play with Hurts at the helm and we also saw Quez emerge as a serious threat,so my expectations are higher this year than last. Also we have a new staff that will hopefully call better plays than "Vanilla Ice" did. And also no more BS "let's go for it on 4th and 4". The WR's have the talent,we just need to get the passes to them. If they O line holds up,I suspect we will see that talent emerge as the chemistry grows

We already saw Smith get open numerous times(and that was without Hurts). You haters gonna hate LOL. If the O line holds up, I think we will be pleasantly surprised if Reagor takes a small step forward(was not a fan I wanted JJ as you know). Can you imagine this team with JJ,Smith and Quez?(Yikes)

I am not hating on anyone lmao so not sure what your getting at buddy. I think all our WR have the talent physically to succeed. Now it’s just waiting to see if they do it on game day that simple in my eyes.

Giants starting offense today in the first half. Zero points. One interception. Another almost picked. Two sacks allowed and a holding penalty by the LT. RT was benched, then brought back in when his backup also struggled.

Daniel Jones, 81 yards passing.

Also, the starting TE just got hurt.

Pretty good day for every other team in the division. 99 yards of total offense.

Physically gifted(aka talent). You said it takes more than that? How so? All they need is a physically gifted QB and O line. Even if those are terrible it's doesn't change the fact THEY are gifted. Mucho to learn yet for them, but yeah the talent is there

Well Bark is most of their offense,so if he sits, they just tee off on the QB.Not surprising to me

Have you not seen numerous gifted athletes fail in the nfl???? I mean hell any player that is able to make it at any point in the nfl is gifted.

Josh Gordon was physically gifted but couldn’t get out of his own way.
AG showed he could play at points in his career but the mental side ruined him.
Johnny Football and Matt Lienart had the talents but cared more about partying.

Who Vernon Gholston I think physical marvel killed the combined didn’t make it in the nfl.

list of guys like that so yea physical talents are there for the guys to succeed in my eyes. Now it’s so they produce at the NfL level

Worst part doesn’t even sound like we are disagree just different in how we phrase it yet you want to argue with me lmao. Why not actually focus on the guys that don’t think we have talent at WR

SO,they were still talented but had other issues?(I will answer yes for you) So you are worried that Smith and Reagor are going off the psycho/drug deep end? 🤣

At any rate, this is the first year I can recall in MANY moons we have not had to shop for a WR(s) in FA

I'm excited by Smith and I haven't given up on Reagor entirely but let's just temper our expectations a little with these WRs. Sure Smith looks a stud, sure Reagor has talent but none of these WRs have done it in the NFL yet.

Fulgham,Ward, Mailata and Scott never did it in the NFL when they were called upon either, and frankly last year NONE had any leadership to count on. Siri got this, give the man a little time. it's a long way to the top,but you gotta hit the first wrung to get there. I am tempered,I am expecting 6 wins,7 possilbly. Any more than that is icing on the Eagles cake. It looks to me like Jjaw saved his job.Maybe this new staff has lit a fire in his jock? The fire Ped could never produce for ANYONE? Remember this my friend,"you are only a virgin once". We will have to cover a yet inexperienced Pitts. That will get tougher to do over the years, but we have a solid shot at a W vs ATL. It would do wonders to win your opener. Quez has flashed, Smith has already flashed,Reagor needs his jock set on fire like Jjaw. If Reagor keeps slacking,Hightower will play and I believe Siri will pull any player who slacks. High pick, million dollar baby,no matter because thats what GOOD coaches DO. These guys are young and hungry, just the way I like them, not the old FA overpaid re-treads we usually had(sorry still imagining JJ,Smith and Quez,so Reagor needs up up his game) We all clammored for "younger" and we got what we asked for. Now let the kids play. We had a nice draft last year and now we need to find the gaping holes so we know what to draft next year. Then I see no reason we can't compete with anyone

With the O line healthy,I am excited to see what this offense can do. Next draft,I hope we hit the secondary and LB positions HARD and grab some top linemen prospects. I think the WR's are fine but I will say this now, Reagor better show me something or he will be replaced in the next draft and relegated to a BU role. Same for Jjaw. It's put up or shut up time for them. I hope to see Dickerson take some garbage time snaps late in the season. I would still pick up Samuels I posted and tack him onto the PS. basically that is like a free draft pick IMO.Lots of upside there and lord knows we need DB's in the future.Just what I would do as an armchair coach. It's a little pity we will lose Stoll at TE. I know we have to cut him,but he showed some flashes and I suspect he will have a job in the NFL when we cut him,so I will wish him well ahead of time.I don't think he will last on the PS(although I could be wrong, worth a try to stash him) Jackson looks like he will be good in the future and we all know this is Ertz last year as a bird

Great, he ain't worth the handbasket 😅

So glad we can end this chapter. Watson would have created more problems than he solved. much rather we see what Hurts can do and either bundle our draft picks for a QB in the 2022 draft or see that he is the real deal and build on this team with all the capital we have....

Yeah I have always been a proponent of bringing up players from within. I have been preaching "pipeliines" since I invented DIRT. I'm glad to see we are doing that at WR and RB.We have always done it at TE,so it's refreshing to me to see it happen at the other skill positions. This saves a boatload of money not having to scour the waver wire of FA list to find your guys. Keep drafting competition for them all,it will just make your team stronger. The Minshew pick-up was brilliant IMO.IDK if Flacco plays next year, but we can lose him if we want, then do what we need to do depending on Hurts play. It's alot of pressure on Hurts, but that pick up gave us a  multitude of options at QB going forward
