Then you said this? So which is it,do they have the talent or not????? If they are "physically gifted" then they have the talent. What we do with it is our problem no?

And the at quote wasn’t toward you and it literally states the same thing worded differently. Physical talent is there yes but as you just agreed other factors come in. At what point in this quote do I say they are not talented??? So I don’t see how you see me disagreeing with you

I stated they had the talent, then you brought in mental conditions and examples of NFL failures and said there is more to it than physical talent. NO thats NOT true, they have the talent.you are now bringing DEVELOPMENT of that talent in and that is a different subject altogether. So, I will state it again. Our WR's have TALENT!!! End of statement

Now you can say "I agree" then say but we cannot develop them and I would agree with that and with the new staff I am hoping that changes

Anyway.anyone hear anymore cuts? We're down to like 70 now?

So I have no clue if they have brain damage, or if they go gangsta getting that first big check,or if we fail to develop them, fact remains they HAVE THE TALENT.That's all I said lol

As you stated this is the other aspects that go into and there are way more so I stand by my claim our WR are physically talented but there is more to it then just being physically talented.

If you don’t like how phrase it I’m sorry but literally at no point am I disagreeing with your take on us having talented WRs

So now they come out and say we bowed out of the Watson trade because the asking price was too much. If anyone was willing to pay that asking price he’d already be traded. So him refusing to come to the Eagles then our counter Story seems pretty obvious. Watson was our best shot. Wilson isn’t going to come here. So then it comes down to Hurts or the early draft pick.

Hambone. IDK cause this is one of my weak points. But are our LB's really that good we can afford to lose some?. I mean if it was to UP grade it,I would be for that. I suppose they are talking about depth guys or I hope they are,but do we have enough of THOSE too??

Lmao sorry you can’t see that I agree with you by just reading my post. Make sure I make it 100% clear for you from now on

Mmmmm pretty sure players could have started the season on PuP or inactive list… But I don’t know all the rules in that regard so you might be right

What is "more than physical talent" as  far as being talented? Isn't that the definition of football talent?.Obviously if you don't have it you aren't getting drafted. Is Smith physically talented? Were any of our draft picks? I would say they must be or we suck at drafting. What more to do want in a draft pick than "physically talented? After that you can look at a slew of other things(has a good head, good work ethic etc),but nothing happens without the first thing. What you do with the player is on the team, but without talent(I am dropping "physical" because it's the same thing, they don't even stand a chance

So who you got staying. I'm wondering(like 93 said) if we go 4 RB's and cut Huntley also. I think Gains showed us why we drafted him,or do you keep Huntley rostered for his return ability? Seems like a wasted roster spot just for that

So drop physical if you don’t like the word I don’t care I use it get over it.

it’s the same thing as I stated numerous times they are physically talented…. The other aspects are what’s next I agree

Im sorry again you had a disconnect with how I phrased it but literally was saying the same thing you just stated.

Nope here's where we disagree. Now you are talking development, that has zero to do with that players physical ability. 2 separate subjects IMO. On draft day you draft from what you have seen as far as physical ability. now you have to decide if we can develop them or not,but there again that has zero to do with that players physical attributes (and that is why they have the combine because it showcases PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

A) Physical talent=talent B) Development of said talent is on the teams coaching staff. Those are 2 different things. YES our WR's have talent. Remains to be seen if we can exploit that talent

HF will await more cut news later

Soooo again buddy you literally not saying anything different from me you just phrase it different.
I don’t know how else make the point clear to you you can phrase it however you want if it makes you feel better that way.

Flacco could be a guy we shop around if a team is looking for a backup QB.

I see this as a high possibility.

Watson was our best shot for WHAT? We have no cohesive team YET. If we wanted to replace Hurts NEXT year is the year either with a pro or a draft pick. I don't want Watson here. WAY too much BS and risk and you know he would want guranteed money and I would tell him "with your attitude you can pound salt". I would not give up even ONE round 1 pick for him

A pro

IDk we have tried trading Ertz fo a year now.I don't see anyone banging our door down

I actually feel he will become more valuable once he puts up some numbers early on. Just my take on it.... IF not I am sure Eagles will be OK with a Compensation pick....

Showing he is healthy and can still play at a high level can go a long way.

Catch 22,if he's putting up numbers why would you trade him? The fans would go insane

LOL you may get a case of gatorade for him

So you're "future" is Goedert. Do you really want to feed the ball to Ertz? IDK personally, but I would love to hear their thought process on this. If he outplays Goedert which guy do you re-sign? It's a rather interesting quandry we put ourselves in once again

Seriously I would hit up Carolina. They used to use Olsen SOOOO much and they have noone near Ertz talent. If Darold gets his act together and Carolina wants to take a shot at a run,I could see them wanting to add Ertz, but can't be week 14. he would be a superb addition while Darold gets more accustomed to his new team(aka outlet anyone?) Interesting stuff!!!

BTW next year(or even this one) I wouldn't look at Wilson, I would look at Aaron Rodgers. You know his time is up in GB although IDK if we could deal with his attitude

Only 2 weeks until the first game lol…

Roster has to be down to 53 by tomorrow at 4pm EST I believe I image we hear all the cuts damn near at the deadline. Sure Howie is working the phones trying to make minor bottom of the roster trades.

Not expecting any massive block buster deal from us.
