Matt Leo  DE is on the PS but don’t think he counts toward the 16 guys since he is an international exemption.

I don't understand this rule a body is a body. I mean if they can do this(obviously they can) but why doesn't he count? is there a separate list for those guys? So you can have 50 international guys and they don't count?

Think you can only have one not 100% sure but I know it has something to do with trying to help promote the sports.

Idk I don’t make the rules lol I’m just trying to keep the info flowing 

Also pretty sure Mailata was part of this international list to begin his career as well.

I know you are just the messenger .Just curious as to the limits because we could pilfer guys from the CFL since that is basically a foreign country too

Read something that stated they couldn’t be from Canada or US and supposedly couldn’t have played college football… But Leo play for Iowa St in college so idk anymore but guess he did it later in life he is already 29. So yea I have now clue exactly how the rule works….

We can sign anyone now outside the organization… 4pm we can place guys on IR though which should free up at least 1 roster spot on the 53(Tyree Jackson) maybe two think Taylor LB might go on IR as well

Le’Raven Clark signed to our PS sounds like Stout played a huge role in that decision for him. 

Royce Freeman was cut by Denver bigger RB option not sure if he would be an upgrade over Howard or Huntley though. 

Signing Marvin Wilson DT to our PS. First player that wasn’t with our team signed
