He can't just be a piece on the offense,he is the field GENERAL. He LEADS the team(or is supposed to) and while he is a 'nice guy" and everyone loves him,he is not a field general

Hard to do when your QB can’t throw behind 5 yards… You want to protect Hurts so limitation aren’t showcased. But the problem is until he shows he can consistently beat team with intermediate and deep passes we are going to struggle.

Hell pretty sure every team in the league is going to stack the box and wait for the underneath stuff until we show we can do anything else.

Why do you think our WRs are better?  You are going to draft Smith in round 3 next year for fantasy aren't you??? Lol.   Watkins looks good, the others haven't done much for me yet.   I like the GB group because the one stud changes things.  Our group has potential, but I feel could still use a true #1.  Much like how I felt with DeSean and Maclin before,  good supporting pieces, but need the one guy who occupies either a double team or the other team's best CB in order to open it up for everyone else.

Dude HURTS makes the decision to throw it, hand off or run himself unless Siri calls in a run play specifically. He hasn't been because he is giving Hurts a CHANCE to make those calls him self(aka growing) But it's not happening,that is on Hurts. Siri is giving him opportunities to learn and grow but he isn't

The fact you don’t even see Hurts short comings is more concerning to me you just want to blame everything and one around him.

But then want to throw out meaningless 300 yard passing stats when other guys are making the plays for those yards not Hurts

Well they have had a history of winning QB's and they make good WR's look terrific. Now why do they have a history of wi9nng QB's? Because they get good enough WR's We STARTED that process,but lack the talent at QB to show what they can do. The WR's talents are being wasted on a QB who does 1 read an runs

Dude, what about all the other plays where it was Dallas leaving dudes wide open for YAC.   He got 20 yards on a play before a punt.  None of the plays were due to great passing.  The yardage stat is Meaningless in those types of plays.  But Ham loves it.  

I know it’s a crazy concept. But could you have an offense that doesn’t rely on your QB to be MVP? Hurts isn’t that guy. Never will be IMO. So could we build a team around others while not paying the QB 40 mil? Seems very logical to me.

IDK did anyone else see this? Dullaz went in to a "prevent" defense fairly early and let the defense front line tee off on Hurts because there was NO threat he could beat them

Right, we built the team around Wentz, then put in a QB who doesn't fit(that's on Howie). Now when we had Flacco,why did we get Minshew? It's not for his valet parking ability. That is Howie doing a CYA in case this "experiment"(and that's what it is) doesn't work .He knows he has high draft picks next year? He's not stupid

Hurts is not McNabb nor Vick and Howie is reliving his younger years when we had functioning QB's lol

It's rare!!! That's why I was impressed with Smith winning the Heisman. Very tough to beat out QB's(or RB's) for that. Your QB needs to be the MVP

Agree with first part.... but not with second. Not until even the most stubborn people like Ham agree that Hurts isn't the answer,  should we move on.  The play calling changes will take the coach off the hook... but I want the front office humiliated.   2 year process... which includes another KC trip to the SB, Doug getting another job...  Indy trade resulting in 2nd round pick this year, but with their team doing well in 2022... the full karma/ cleanse of 2 years.  Then we start over after getting some nice draft picks that we use other than QB... 2023... no more Kelce, Brooks, Lane,  Graham, Cox, Ertz...etc.   just a thank you for the SB and complete moving on.  I don't need Flacco or Mustache to save anything, if we compete for a top 3 pick then so be it. 

I just don’t see why the only option is for Hurts to be Tom Brady?

We've been infusing young talent for 2 years now at WR especially and other than Hurts what QB young talent have we infused? It's Make or break with Hurts and 2 cheap FA's. And this is a QB factory? HAHAHAHAHA
