Ruggs facing 2-20

He’s in the conversation towards the Heisman

Not being ranked high by anyone yet

We added Kary Vincent Jr CB from LSU for a sixth round pick. Denver selected him with a seventh rounder this year. Hadn’t played yet. Sat out the pandemic.

He’s a slot corner with FS possible ability. Super fast track star.

Weird that a seventh round pick generated a sixth in trade by doing nothing basically. Denver probably needed to cut him and try to stash him on the PS.

He ran a 4.33 at his Pro Day

We're SB contenders next year now!!!!!. SPEED is not everything(as we know). Must be a reason he was barely drafted at all, especially from a BIG NAME school? Seems like a move just to make a move lmao

Packers released Jaylon Smith. Should we try him out? Can he possibly be worse than what we have at LB?

I'm waiting for the Cowpies to pick up Henry Ruggs

Ruggs is bound for jail. His career is over. Shame these NFL Players do not use their head!

Arron Rodgers is not playing Sunday!  Gonna be allot of pissed GB fans, including my wife...

IDK,IMO it should be required that they have a trust. You give these kids millions, some who came from a poor background, and they cannot handle it. I should be REQUIRED that it be doled out(aka allowance) for 2 years before it's all turned over. Maybe in that 2 years, they will GROW UP

2-20 and I doubt it will be 2

Welp we get to see his replacement. He(AROD) may not play week 10 either. It's been 18 months, shouldn't we all be dead by now? Arod can take this week(and maybe next) to scout out his future home lol

I watched the game this past weekend vs BYU and was VERY impressed with Armstrong.

Yeah he looks good, he could move up into the top QB rankings soon(but once again you heard it here first lol)

I think FS is a better spot for him. In his scouting reports most said he "tends to play too far off the ball" which is more suited for a FS. He has closing speed which is also a FS attribute. His size will limit his tackling ability and he will be out jumped on contested balls.

Kind of interesting to me is the Minshew sighting. Sure.it was garbage time, but IMO ,it's a set up to get the linemen more used to his cadence. Now that we know we can WIN and PLAY(Lions rolled over after giving the Ram fits the previous week),it seems to me this was a shot at "introducing" Minshew. He's had a little time to learn the playbook and it seems to me it's only a matter of time before Ham's hero rides pine, Now the question is(like Ped) how long do you wait? If we still have a wild card shot(although we aren't going anywhere) it seems to me it's in your best interests to get Minshew involved very soon. Say what you want, but we have better WR's, TE's and a better O line than he ever had in Jax. The release of Flacco tells me they feel good about stache,at least for now. So I think he finishes the year soon, then we can decide if he is our QB or if we need to draft one high. Hurts was drafted as a BU and he hasn't progressed beyond that in my view

Can’t be a real slow cornerback though. Thought he fell because he opted out during COVID. But gotta like the idea of getting him in here for the rest of the season progressing him further than a sixth round corner pick in 2022 would.

Let's also recall that stache was not a "finish out the year and be gone" BU QB either and while he was stifled in Jax, he could do well here if we give him a chance and I believe that chance will come within the next 2-3 weeks. Howie got stache once again to pull a CYA because his "golden boy pick" is flailing away and holding back our WR development. And while is was nice to see a running game for a change,we can't live with "either/or" We need both facets of the game to succeed. Drop this college RPO BS offense. Let Hurts run a Pro offense the next 2 weeks. If he still cannot cut it,I would make the move

I don't mind getting him, he seems to have a little potential. But he's not top of the line. If he shows a little promise then we can ease off having to take a S in the draft(or at least use a later pick)

Hurts was drafted as a backup yet Minshew was brought in as a third stringer (with Hurts being that starter)… so any knock you put on Hurts in that situation goes double fir ‘Stache.

Sure because we ALREADY had Flacco,so that is BS. And which one did we trade?????. The last guy in, is the 3rd until you CHANGE THAT,which we DID,so your explanation is full of holes. AND if Hurts went down you have ZERO clue who would have started if Flacco was still here. Just because you want to slap a label on a guy doesn't make it law. The fact we traded Flacco tells me stache was the 2 all along

I mean  minshew brought in to cheap back up for the next two years at worst… he stuck in the politics of the nfl when he came to Philly being behind Flacco but clearly was balling out enough and picking up the offense to feel like we could trade him.

But not going to knock hurts he made the throws he needed think he was 5/5 on his intermediate throws didn’t have to throw with our ground game… now let’s see it continue consistency. Chargers are a way better team we are not going to beat the with just a ground game hurts will have to be sharp on his throws
